You’ll also experience a beautiful sound meditation for each chakra, to balance the chakra.

We’ll start with an introduction to chakras and the magic of sound healing, and wrap up with a full sound journey to align and balance all seven chakras. These practices are simple, soothing, and designed for anyone who wants to feel more grounded, peaceful, and energized.
