Confidence is a belief in yourself and your abilities, many times we lack this and it manifests in our lives as empty unfulfilled dreams. When you have confidence you feel good about yourself, and it allows you to perform better at any activity. When you’re confident, you can chase your dreams and creative work. In this meditation, I’ll take you into deep relaxation through a body scan and breath work followed by a guided visualization to build confidence.
