Meditation For Deep Sleep & Relaxation
Before you begin your sleep meditation, get settled into bed. Be in comfortable clothes. We will begin by taking a few deep breaths. The more you practice this meditation, the more likely you are to build a quiet and restful mind that can sleep at ease when it's time.
