This contemplative meditation, inspired by Father Richard Rohr's teachings, fosters a deeper connection to the present moment and cultivates inner stillness. It will guide you to experience increased self-awareness, insight, and a greater sense of peace. Regular practice may also enhance emotional regulation, reduce stress, and foster a stronger sense of interconnectedness and meaning in life. Spiritually, it can open pathways to profound experiences of the sacred and a more intimate relationship with the divine. Music: "The Blue Pearl" by Jesse Gallagher

Transcript

Let's begin by finding a comfortable position,

Either lying down or sitting comfortably.

Begin to relax the skin on your face,

Softening the jaw,

Relaxing the eyebrows and closing the eyes.

Take a deep inhale as you gently lengthen the spine and as you gently exhale,

A slight dip in the chin.

Allow your palms to be face up in a gesture to receive.

Breathing in through your nose and breathing out through your nose.

Be still and know that I am God.

Be still and know that I am.

Be still and know.

Be still.

Be.

Place your hands gently over your heartbeat and take a deep breath in,

Slowly coming back into your body and a gentle exhale out of the mouth.

Connecting with this peace,

Connecting with this sense of serenity and calmness.

As we remember,

This space within us is always with us.

And then open your eyes.
