Let's begin by finding a comfortable place where you can be completely quiet,

Completely still and completely comfortable.

Sitting comfortably with a long spine,

Relaxing your arms down at your side with your palms facing up and a slight dip in the chin,

Feeling the length on the back of your neck,

Supporting yourself,

Feeling completely comfortable.

And to begin,

Let's take a deep inhale through your nose,

Filling up the belly,

The ribs,

The chest,

The shoulders,

And allow your exhale to come out of your mouth as you relax the shoulders and softly close the eyes and then breathing in through your nose and breathing out through your nose as you relax the jaw and soften the skin on your face,

Allowing yourself to be here now,

In this space,

In this moment,

Knowing and trusting it is safe for you to be still,

To go inward and begin to bring your focus to the breath moving into the body through the nose and noticing the breath moving out of the body through the nose.

Notice how the belly rises on the inhale,

Filling up the lungs and simply noticing how the belly falls on the exhale as you relax even more into this moment,

Allowing yourself to let go of what happened today and go of what happened this week and letting go of anything you may have been holding on to for some time.

I am breathing in and I am breathing out,

Allowing the thoughts to settle as we become the observer of each thought,

Simply noticing them without any judgment,

Without any attachment.

We can simply notice them and come back to the breath,

Noticing the breath moving into the body,

Into the throat,

Feeling the belly rise on the inhale and feeling the belly fall on the exhale.

I am breathing in and I am breathing out,

Noticing the space between the thoughts now,

Becoming a little bit wider and allowing the breath to be your anchor into the now moment.

I am breathing in and I am breathing out,

Allowing yourself to go a little bit deeper into the stillness,

Into the place of calmness,

Where there is only the breath and there is only the peace that abides within.

Breathing deep into your heart space,

Feeling all the love,

Feeling all the compassion,

Feeling all the forgiveness and connecting with all the answers you seek.

I am breathing in and I am breathing out,

Feeling completely supported and completely safe,

Knowing and trusting that everything in my life is in divine order,

All of the next steps will be there for me to take at just the right time and whenever I come to this place of peace,

I feel and receive all of the answers I seek,

All of the guidance I search for is right here in the deepest part of myself,

There is no other place for me to go,

Observing the harmony of the inhale,

Of the exhale,

Knowing we don't have to worry about the next one arriving,

We can trust that every cycle of breath is here supporting us and we can trust in the flow of the river of our life,

In all the doing,

We simply need to come back to being and take a deeper breath into your heart space,

Filling up all the way,

Gathering up all the love,

All the compassion as you exhale,

Knowing that this peace goes with you into every interaction you have,

Into every word you say,

Into every experience that is meant for you,

Feeling grateful for this moment,

Feeling grateful to yourself for taking the time to be still and connect with the breath and to receive any guidance,

Any wisdom that may arise for you in this space,

Remembering and knowing and trusting that all the answers you seek are within and coming back to this place of peace at any time.

Take one final deep breath into your heart,

Fill up all the way and gently exhale and put a gentle smile on your face as you slowly open your eyes.
