I am so grateful you are here.
Having this water ritual is a fast,
Easy way to shift your energy and to feel good before you walk out the door.
This practice involves speaking positive affirmations or intentions directly into a glass of water.
We focus on the feeling of each word,
Believing that the water is absorbing your energy,
Raising your vibration by filling up every cell in the body with good energy.
So let's take a moment to pour a glass of clean,
Filtered water.
Be sure to fill it in a glass container.
Take a moment.
Now let's begin.
Hold the glass with both hands just in front of and a little bit below your mouth.
Close your eyes.
Repeat these affirmations out loud.
I am healthy,
Ageless,
Vibrant beauty radiating inside and out.
I am blessed.
I am in alignment.
I am ready to succeed.
I am love.
I am joy.
I am compassion.
I am mercy.
I am grace.
I am protected.
I am ready for this new day.
I am filled with gratitude.
I am a miracle magnet.
Take a deep breath in through the nose,
Filling up all the way.
And then,
Just like you're blowing out a candle,
Allow the breath to blow into the water,
Filling up each molecule of the water with this positive energy and high frequency.
Next,
Mindfully sip the water,
Remaining fully present and aware of the positive energy you have circulated within and around you,
Visualizing every cell in the body filled up with this positive energy,
Filled up with light,
With love,
With joy,
And with gratitude.
As you place the glass down,
Hold your hands over your heart and take a final deep breath in and an easy exhale out of your mouth as we feel ready for this beautiful new day.
