Imagine yourself in a place in nature,
Somewhere you've been happy,
Joyful.
See yourself in this place.
Surround yourself with it.
See the sights of nature all around you.
Hear the sounds of nature all around you.
Feel yourself in this place.
Feel the breeze on your skin.
Be in this moment,
In this safe,
Happy place in nature.
And just breathe.
Relax.
There's nothing else to do but be in this place.
As you rest here with your eyes closed,
Look up and see a beautiful,
Bright light.
Glorious,
Clear,
Magnificent light.
This is the light of unconditional love and healing and it comes from source.
See it above you and just imagine the crown of your head opening and allow this light to flow into you.
As it flows in,
Feel yourself filling with the light right from the tips of your toes all the way up.
Your feet are filled with the light,
Your calves,
Your thighs,
And you feel the warmth and you see the glow inside of you as your body is filled with this beautiful light of unconditional love and healing.
Feel it as it spreads up and through you.
Your stomach,
Your chest,
Your back,
Your heart center is filled with this light of unconditional love and healing.
Feel your heart center connect and your chest expand.
Feel a sense of compassion and love as this light spreads further through your body.
Your arms,
Hands,
Fingers are filled with the light all up through your throat,
Head,
And face behind your eyes.
Every part of you is filled with the light of unconditional love and healing.
You are a glow with the light filled with it.
You are the light.
See it,
Feel it,
Know you are connected to source,
Filled with source.
It flows in you and through you.
You are in your highest self.
It feels amazing.
And in this form,
Loving,
Loved,
Healed,
Start to make your way through this beautiful place in nature.
And visualize ahead of you a bridge.
It's your bridge.
See it and know that it is yours.
See yourself approach,
See yourself step upon it and stand as the light on this bridge,
Strong,
Secure,
Safe.
And just on the other side,
See the silhouette of a small child.
Back in to this child to join you.
And as they draw closer,
See them in great detail.
See the clothes that they're wearing,
Their hair,
Their face.
And as they get close enough,
See the look in their eyes as they see you in your beautiful light form.
See the light and love reflected in their eyes.
See any fear or doubt or loneliness dissolve.
As they see the love and light in you and say to them,
I am here.
I love you.
I am so happy to see you.
I am proud of you.
I will take care of you and protect you.
I know who you are.
I see you.
I hear you.
I know all that you long for,
All that you have always longed for.
And I am here with you.
I will not leave you.
I will not abandon you.
You are not alone.
And take them in your arms.
Hold them.
Hold them like they have always yearned to be held.
And circle them with your love and light.
Connect.
Connect to their heart center.
Let them feel the love and compassion radiate from you.
Breathe them in.
Let them rest in your love and light.
Let them rest in your arms and feel how safe it is.
They are safe.
Whatever they are feeling,
They are safe.
Whatever they have experienced,
They are safe.
You see them exactly as they are and you love them exactly as they are.
Tell them,
I love you exactly as you are.
I accept you and approve of you exactly as you are.
You are mine.
You are beautiful.
Just breathe in this moment of connection.
Relax.
Breathe out any sense of woundedness,
Separation,
Brokenness.
Let it go.

You don't need it anymore.
