Good morning.

As you wake,

Keep your eyes closed just for a little longer and take a deep deep breath in through your nose and release it like a sigh.

Take another deep breath in through your nose and release it like a sigh.

And one last time,

A nice deep breath in through your nose and release it like a sigh.

Just let your breathing be a normal breath.

Find your rhythm for the day.

As your body and mind and spirit return gratefully back to this consciousness and awakeness of life.

Find your sense of wonder and gratitude for this gift of life.

Let's appreciate the blessing of awakening.

Let go of all the attachments from yesterday.

Any fears or doubts,

Any unfinished business.

Today is a new day.

Today is a day to find appreciation even in the smallest of pleasures.

To let go of negativity,

To focus on all that you are grateful for.

Congratulate yourself for choosing to take this time,

For choosing to be conscious,

For choosing the richness of life.

Stretch your mind and stretch your body.

Stretch your toes and lift your arms up over your head and stretch into this day.

Feel the joy and gratitude begin to enliven you and take that with you every step of the way.

Breathing in again through your nose deeply and releasing with a sigh.

Have a wondrous blessed day.
