Take a nice long breath in through your nose and release it.
Long slow out breath through your nose.
Let your eyes gently close and let any thoughts that come drift away.
Think to yourself the words that I am about to say and repeat them silently to yourself.
I am beautiful on the inside and the outside.
I have the strength and courage to overcome any challenge.
I am worthy of accomplishing all my goals.
I have unlimited potential.
I am fearless and confident in myself and all my abilities.
I face today with confidence and endless courage.
I am free of self-doubt.
Everything I need is in me.
I am in control of my life.
