I'm Filippa,
Thank you for joining me.
This meditation was designed to help you feel calm and relaxed,
Connected to Mother Earth,
To guide you to meet a spirit animal.
It can be any spirit animal that will come to you today.
Or if you wish,
You can call for a specific animal.
You will have the opportunity to do so when we set your intention for today.
Feel free to take notes of your experience afterwards.
You can write them down or do a voice recording.
I will remind you at the end of this meditation,
So you don't need to worry about it now.
For now,
All you have to do is to follow the sound of my voice and be free of expectations or doubts about the upcoming experience.
Let's find a comfortable position.
You can lie down or you can sit.
Either sit upright in a chair with the feet flat on the floor,
Or you can also sit cross-legged if you prefer,
On the floor or a cushion or another comfortable place for you.
Rest your hands on your sides if you are lying down and rest your hands on your knees if you are seated.
Close your eyes or soften your gaze toward the neutral point,
Preferably looking down.
Inhaling through the nose,
Take a deep breath in and exhaling slowly through the mouth.
Feel the tension leaving the body.
Take another deep breath in through the nose and exhaling slowly,
Feel the heaviness leaving the mind.
Take a final deep breath in through the nose and exhaling slowly,
Feel the emotional load leaving the body.
Return to your normal breathing.
On each inhale,
Feeling in the lungs and allowing the body to expand naturally.
On each exhale,
Release tension,
Allowing any tightness to melt away.
Let's take a moment to connect with your body and scan through its sensations.
If thoughts arise,
Simply notice them and gently bring the focus back to the body scan.
Bring your focus to the crown of your head,
Move to your forehead and relax those muscles,
Your eyes,
Your ears,
Your jaw,
Make sure you unclench your jaw.
Moving down to the neck and shoulders,
The arms and hands.
Coming now to your chest,
Then to your belly,
Down to the hips,
Your thighs,
Your knees and low legs,
Finally reaching your feet.
Take a deep inhale and hold it for a count of two and on your exhale,
Feel any lingering tension leaving the body.
Allow yourself to go deeper in this meditation state as you set your intention.
Silently repeat after me.
I invite the wisdom of the spirit animal to offer me guidance,
To share important knowledge with me,
To call for me protection and to help me restore inner strength and personal power.
And if you wish to meet a particular animal,
Take this next moment to state that intention.
There is a soft silver blue mist swirling around you.
It's coming through a silver blue doorway that has opened in front of you.
You recognize that it's a portal and you choose to calmly step forward and cross to the other side of the doorway.
As soon as you cross over,
You feel an immediate comforting sensation rising from your feet all the way up through your body.
It is the energy of Mother Earth welcoming you and nurturing you.
Her energy expands from your body into your auric field,
Enveloping you in loving and supportive energy.
You take a moment to stay in this connection,
Simply receiving from Mother Earth.
Allow her energy to clear you completely,
Taking out what's negatively impacting you in the moment and invigorating your energy to continue on this journey today.
You enjoy the breaths of pure air that fills your lungs and quickly travels all over your body,
Making you feel light and peaceful.
You hear a mix of distant sounds of nature,
The wind rustling the leaves,
The flow of a stream of water,
The faint smell of wet earthy moss,
The echoes of the sounds of many different animals and even the sound of the waves of the oceans.
This is the sacred space that Mother Earth is providing for you,
Bringing to you access to all her diversity so that what is right for you can come through today.
And you surrender to this moment and to what comes next.
As you are totally immersed in the tranquility of the moment,
You sense a presence approaching you.
Take time to feel this presence still at a distance from you,
What feelings and sensations are surfacing.
Give permission to the presence to slowly move forward towards you.
You can see a moving shadow taking shape.
What animal is visiting you today?
Greet your animal and stay facing it for a moment.
What energy is the animal transmitting to you?
With the animal's permission,
You can pet,
Stroke and touch it.
As you are now in close physical contact,
Find a comfortable position for both of you to stay together in this sacred space.
There's nowhere else to go,
Nothing else to do but to stay here in this beautiful moment together.
The animal is your confident and your trustworthy guide today.
The animal is now sending loving and supporting energy and is inviting you to share.
What secrets,
Thoughts or feelings would you like to share with the animal?
The animal further encourages you to release your deepest heart wishes,
Whatever they may be.
The animal will take your wishes to the sacred well of wishes and the universe will know how to help you.
What does the animal wish to impart?
What does the animal wish you to know?
What messages does the animal have for you?
The animal acknowledges you and shares a final message,
A final energy and a final feeling with you today and you gladly receive.
The animal makes a move back and stares at you.
It is offering you a protective cloak that now fully covers your entire aura.
It looks at you right in the eye and you feel it looking deep within your soul as it activates your inner strength to come through.
The animal bows to you,
Thanking you for this connection and you thank the same way.
We both depart to separate ways,
Though you feel that the company,
Protection and guidance of the animal has remained with you.
Filled with serenity and assertiveness,
Feeling confident and in your power,
You slowly and calmly make a move to return to the portal.
You cross over the portal once more to the place where you came through.
As you return,
You take a breath in and you let it all out,
Returning your attention to your physical sensations and you gently wiggle your fingers and toes and gently rock your body now.
When you are ready,
You can slowly open your eyes.
Allow yourself to stay a bit longer where you are,
Finding a new comfortable position if you need to.
It is time to record your experience from this journey if you wish.
Remember that you can do this meditation as many times as you would like.
You can connect with the spirit animal or ask for a specific one to come through when you set your intention.
