In this meditation,
I will bring you to a state of awareness that will help you to connect with your intuition and to be open to receive messages and information either about a specific topic or any message that is relevant for you in a moment.
So,
Let's begin.
Make sure you are comfortable and free of distractions.
You can be sitting or lying down.
When you are ready,
Take a breath in and as you exhale,
Gently shake your arms,
Your torso,
Your hands and your legs and feet if possible.
On your next inhale,
Close your eyes.
Bring your attention to your feet and notice any sensations,
Warmth,
Tingling,
Heaviness.
A gentle wave of soft and comforting energy forms at your feet.
This gentle,
Comforting wave begins to travel upwards to your ankles,
To your calves,
To your knees,
To your thighs,
To your hips,
Reaching your pelvis and lower back,
Continuing to the abdomen and now onto your chest,
Spreading to your shoulders and arms,
Moving to your throat,
To your face and to your head and crown.
With no expectations and anchored in this present moment,
You welcome your intuition to shine bright within you.
You are transported to a cozy,
Small and picturesque garden.
You can feel the smell of the flowers and the fragrance of moisture in the soil.
You can feel the softness of your skin,
The softness of your skin,
The softness of your skin.
You can feel the softness of your skin,
The softness of your skin,
The softness of your skin.
Looking at the pond,
Focus deep on your question,
Your situation or simply be open to receive any message and in this moment mentally ask what does my intuition want me to know right now.
Remaining quiet and still,
Facing the mirror-like pond,
You feel serene,
Expecting nothing and open to receive all there is for you when a faint ripple appears on the surface of the water.
You focus deeper into the water and there you find your answer.
Perhaps symbol,
Perhaps images or words or numbers or a sound or a fragrance.
And we stay here for a moment.
The water is now returning to its normal and it becomes again a still mirror-like surface.
You thank the waters of the pond and you draw an inner smile of gratitude to your intuition.
The bucolic garden vanishes from your reality as quickly as it had materialized before.
You are now fully back into your body and ready to fully ground in your body and in your space around you again.
Taking a deep breath in and allowing the body to stretch as you exhale.
Noticing how you feel and finally opening your eyes when you are ready.
This meditation is over and you should draw,
Write or record the messages that you received.
