Make sure to get into a comfortable position and slowly close your eyes.
Take a few moments to just observe how everything feels to you.
Realize your surroundings,
Your physical body sitting or laying down,
And even your breathing.
Everything that is,
It exists for a reason,
Including yourself.
Take a deep breath,
And as you inhale,
Observe how much air you can take in,
Not straining your lungs,
But feeling gratitude for this clean air.
And as you exhale,
Visualize as if with this air,
You release everything that is weighing you down.
Take another deep breath.
But this time,
Notice as if your physical body is filling up with white light as well,
Both air and white light.
And as you exhale,
You visualize as if the vibrations of your body are expanding.
Expanding more and more.
You are luminous.
You are light.
And as you now breathe normally,
You realize that you start to notice the pure vibrations of your soul.
And you feel as if you are connecting to a wonderful healing frequency,
Helping you to reach to a state of healing,
Restoration,
And happiness.
Focus on your breathing,
And as you feel this energy within,
Realize how filling it is,
But make sure to breathe normally.
Only observe how your physical body keeps you alive,
Enabling you to experience this physical plane as a human being,
To find healing,
And to let go completely.
Sometimes,
It is as simple as remembering that we are souls experiencing the human consciousness,
And to realize that everything surrounding us are experiences to be lived.
There is no need for you to hold onto everything.
You can let go of all that does not belong to you,
Everything that you don't want.
You just need to simply desire this.
And remember,
You have been receiving healing for a while,
As you only need to find it in your heart.
You find yourself in a large room,
And this room seems to have very large windows instead of walls.
You can see very bright light coming out from these windows,
But it will not bother your eyes,
And you realize this is a special place,
As you feel this is a very familiar place.
You also notice that this room is almost empty.
There might be maybe a small sofa,
Or maybe a couple chairs on a table.
Whatever you see is perfect,
Even if you don't see anything,
Because you are feeling it in the soul.
So make sure to observe,
And with your imagination,
Sit down and wait for that beautiful company you are respecting,
As you have realized that you are meeting a beautiful being.
And as you feel that,
Just a few moments later,
There is a magnificent being of white light,
A pure being that only knows love.
Are you going to invite this being to sit down with you?

So go ahead and welcome this being with your heart,
Noticing how you both start enjoying each other company.
Enjoy this company for a few moments,
Until we continue.
After a few moments,
You come to the realization that this beautiful being is you,
The soul.
You realize that your core is pure light,
The true essence of you that only knows love,
And you can become one again.
You only need to claim back this light,
By finding it in your heart.
So go ahead and feel that you are one again with the soul,

You notice that you feel whole,
You feel complete.
There are no more beings in the room with you,
And you know that this is because you unified with the soul,
Once more.
You are also content,
As you know that if you want to feel whole again,
You can come back here anytime you want.
You only need to wish for it.
And as you realize this,
You take a deep breath.
As you inhale,
You can see how this room gently fades away,
Bringing with you all this wonderful energy.
As you exhale,
You start to see with your imagination your room,
The room where this journey started.
Take another deep breath,
And gently move your toes and your fingers,
Your hands and your feet,
Slowly moving your neck.
And as you exhale,
And if you are ready,
Open your eyes,
And welcome home lots of light.
