We are going to make a quick but powerful meditation for a peaceful and fantastic start of the day.
So make sure to sit or lay down in a comfortable position and slowly close your eyes.
Focus on your breathing and notice that for every time you inhale,
You go deeper in relaxation.
Noticing how your feet started to become very relaxed,
Your lower legs,
Your knees,
And your upper legs.
Notice how your whole body continues to go deeper in relaxation,
Feeling your torso filling up with light,
Your back.
Notice your hands,
Fingers starting to feel very,
Very warm and very relaxed.
Notice this energy filling up your neck,
Your face,
Relaxing your entire head completely,
Allowing your jaw to hang.
And as you notice your body in a deeper seat of relaxation,
You start to notice your thoughts.
You have thoughts,
But you are not these thoughts.
Make sure that for every time you inhale,
You visualize as your mind clears completely,
Letting go of everything that no longer belongs.
And as you become clearer,
You find yourself in a small room.
It appears to be a small office,
An office from someone very successful.
You can notice this energy in the air and you start to feel that you are going to have a fantastic day at work today.
You notice a lot of familiar things in this office,
Things that remind you of success,
And you feel happy and confident.
Observe for a few moments this office and take with you anything you think that can help you today.
And once you are at work later,
Remember this moment.
Before leaving the office,
You notice a computer.
Aren't you curious about what can you see here?
As you approach the computer and turn it on,
You feel drawn to visualize something you desire,
Something you want to accomplish today.
And as you do,
You notice that the computer starts to display many possibilities,
Many outcomes for this to happen today.
Observe them in the computer and take mental notes of everything you see.
This will help you later today.
Now to enwrap yourself with positive feelings of success and accomplishment.
You feel grateful and successful and you realize it is time for you to start your day.
As you feel yourself filled with that desire,
You find yourself back in your room.
You have now the right energy with you for a great day.
So take a deep breath and as you exhale,
Visualize the start of something magnificent.
And when you are ready,
Open your eyes.
