We will talk about astral projection,
Especially astral projection techniques that will help you to get out of the body when is the right time.
First of all,
I want to explain that you already have to know a little bit about astral projection and how to have one.
You can find a free guide and I'm sure it will help you out as I have that information available for you.
Now,
When you have foundation,
You have a substantial base to go to the final step,
Which is to live your body.
Applying out of the body techniques,
Exit techniques,
And I want to share the ones I like the most.
But not only that,
But also the methods that work best for thousands of students that they have been working with all over the years.
Also,
I recommend you do not change your techniques too quickly,
Because none of them will work for you and it will frustrate you.
I recommend choosing one of these techniques and using it for four weeks.
After four weeks,
You will see progress where you may not want to change techniques.
Otherwise,
Then it would be an ideal time to change techniques.
So without further ado,
I'm going to share the ones that I love the most.
The first one is the rope technique and this technique is widespread and that's why I mentioned it first.
It is about visualizing a rope hanging from the ceiling.
You should grab this rope with your visualizations,
But without moving your arms.
Grab the rope and start pulling hard on it.
If it's possible,
That in one fell swoop,
You will find yourself right on top of the physical body.
If you know how to climb the rope,
You can use your muscle memory and visualize how you're climbing the rope,
Higher and higher,
Noticing the vibrations increasing more and more.
Next one is free fall and this is one of my favorite techniques that is a very easy technique to visualize.
If you have ever flown in an airplane or been on something like in a missing park or flown or fallen in a normal lucid dream,
This technique will be easy.
You have to visualize the sensation in the solar plexus of falling,
Falling and falling.
Use all the senses for the sensation of the air and listen to the buzz that you will hear during the vibrations.
Momentarily,
You will see yourselves fall into the void outside the body and this is a very typical OV technique.
Another one is a point on the third eye.
So put all of your focal attention in the center of the forehead.
At first you can imagine like if a fly or ant is walking on your forehead.
You will feel like a tickle.
Put all of your attention here on the sensation.
Make an effort to focus all of your attention here and do not let your attention wander until you see yourself in the astral.
Next one is a tunnel.
Visualize that you're in a very,
Very long dark tunnel and there is light at the end of this tunnel.
Visualize yourself flying into the light,
Getting faster and closer to the light.
Continue the visualization until you feel strong vibrations and momentarily leave your body.
Be patient and enjoy the peace that this return can give you as it's a very peaceful technique and it's a very easy technique to work and you will become very relaxed.
Next one is look into the dark and this is my favorite OV technique.
This technique is about looking at the darkness behind your closed eyelids.
Visualize the different light sequences or other visual effects you may experience.
As you continue to wait,
You will see that these little lights take shape and begin to form a dream.
Ignore this unless you want to lucid dream and visualize yourself outside of your body.
You will temporarily find yourself out.
Listening is also a way to this technique,
But it has to be one of the two if you choose to listen then you have to ignore the visual effects.
Another one is levitation.
It is about visualizing that you start to levitate parallelly to the bed.
Do it with all the certainty that you can and you will begin levitating.
Yes,
That if you wanted to lean on your feet to start walking.
Visualize yourself as levitation will come with this.
This technique will get you closer to be out of your body fast.
And now it's time to practice.
I want to comment that there are many more many more OB techniques,
Many many more.
But I want to wrap up by sharing a little bit one more and this is called forced sleep.
When you wake up in the morning try to go back to sleep,
But when you reach sleep paralysis,
You may want to try to leave the body.
But if not,
You will have an easier time to executing one of your favorite techniques successfully,
Which will be awesome for practice.
