It is time for you to reach a balanced state of life at a body level. Mine. Emotions. And spirit level. You will first align yourself with the energy of justice. Directing your energy to regain balance where you need it the most. From here. You will realize how much effort. And how well you are doing in many aspects of life. So first, Find a comfortable position. And take a deep breath. Slowly fill in your lungs without straining them. Hold the air for a few seconds. As you let go of the air. Slowly, Close your eyes. Focus on your breathing. How the air comes in and out. In and out. And out. Good. You feel a warm wave of relaxing energy flowing through your feet. To your legs covering them completely and reaching your torso. Your legs are so relaxed that you cannot move them. Even if you try. You feel this relaxation taking over your tummy and chest areas. Making your arms very heavy and warm. Notice this energy filling up your head. Bringing a deep relaxation where all the muscles of your face are relaxed. I will count down from 3 to 1. And once I reach one. . . You will be deeply relaxed. I will count for you. Three. Letting go of all thoughts, Two. Double your relaxation I'm one. Deeply, Deeply relaxed. Enjoy this state for a few moments until I call you back. You feel an inner peace that brings you aid. Feeling at home sensation. So make sure to let go completely. You are at home. I'm here. You can. Unwieldy nurture. You will bring balance. Back to something or somewhere in your life. With a relaxed mind. You notice something in your life that needs balancing. It doesn't matter what it is. Do you have it? Without judging yourself. You notice what needs more attention. You are only an observer. So simply understand why this needs more attention. And what can you do to improve it? You feel a strong inner light flowing around the situation. And you start feeling that things start to flow properly. This light flows in any necessary direction. That can promote more balance and stability. Making you feel deeper reassurance. That everything will be alright. You might even receive some mental messages about some important things. So make sure to take mental notes. But not without losing your relaxation. But going deeper into relaxation. Allow this energy to also flow throughout your entire body. Bringing your entire being to a more balanced state. You feel a strong sense of satisfaction. As if you are already more aligned. Be certain that you are. Because just with intentions. You are already improving your phalanx. You continue feeling this wonderful feeling of being at home. You realize that you are in a state of Consciousness. We're here and we're at a bigger level. As you come to realize this. You also notice how well you are doing in some areas and situations in your life. Allow any images. Thoughts. Theopemes. Or even sensations to build up right in front of you. You can feel a deep and immense gratitude with yourself. Because you come to realize how far you have walked. You see that you haven't been creating yourself properly for your efforts. So take a moment to feel this. It is important you honor yourself for your efforts and accomplishments. You too have walked far. And you will continue to walk further ahead. But now. . . Allow your entire being to fill up with gratitude for all your efforts. You are now in a greater state of balance. More at peace with yourself. Both aware of your progress and your next steps. Allow yourself to understand. That you have your own pace. All that matters. Is to continue to take one step after another. One at a time. And you are already doing it. It is time to return. So I'm going to count up from 1, 2, 3. Number one. Starting to feel the room around you. Number 2 start to slowly and gently move your body. Number three, Wide, Wide awake. Wide, Wide awake. And when you are ready. . . Open your eyes.
