This small exercise will help you quickly reach that state of mind while giving you the necessary steps to trigger your intuition. Intuition is one of your cornerstone tools in spirituality that will significantly improve your life.

You too can develop your intuition by starting to stretch your muscle.

As you develop trust,

You grow stronger.

So find a comfortable position and take a deep breath,

Inhaling slowly,

Holding it for a few seconds,

And as you let go,

Slowly close your eyes.

Focus on your breathing,

Observing how the air comes in and out.

Place one hand on your chest and one on your belly.

Notice how your body feels right now.

Observe this for 5 breaths,

At your own pace.

I will call you back to continue.

Think of a question or situation.

Something simple that matters to you.

Something such as,

What can I do now?

What is the best option?

Focus on your question for a little bit while you put your attention on both your heart chakra and your third eye chakra.

You may feel a tingling sensation on your third eye,

But focus instead on what you noticed.

Silently ask your question once,

But don't think the solution.

Instead,

Just observe any sensations,

Images,

Words,

Or memories that arise.

Don't judge or analyze.

Just observe.

I will call you when we continue.

Now,

It is time to write down the answer.

So,

While keeping your focus,

Slowly start to move your body while you take a deep breath.

As you let go of the air,

Slowly open your eyes.

Write down the first three things that came up.

It doesn't matter if they are weird or seem insignificant.

Circle the one that feels more aligned with your energy in this moment.

Take a small action over what you choose and reflect on how it felt.

If you get used to go into this state of being,

You can start using your intuition more at times,

Even in an urgent matter.
