In this meditation,
We are going to zone out and have a wonderful relaxing experience.
So get comfortable and slowly close your eyes.
Focus on your breathing.
Without changing the pace,
Observe how the air comes in and out.
In and out.
And for a deep breath,
You find yourself more and more relaxed.
Good.
You notice there is a beautiful door.
It wasn't there before and you realize that something beautiful awaits behind it.
So slowly and by using your imagination,
Glide towards the door.
And as it opens,
You notice a gorgeous and lush garden.
And you suddenly notice within your heart a lot of bliss.
You realize this garden is an endless sea of flowers,
Roses and beautiful honey birds happily flying around.
Take a deep breath and while you do,
Feel the wonderful scents from all this gorgeous garden.
Lay down and let your arms and legs feel heavy and very,
Very relaxed.
Even the pace of your breathing is relaxed and you find that you are being healed and cleansed.
Allow yourself to enjoy this healing.
Your body is so relaxed that it feels light as a flower petal.
And you notice that your consciousness is starting to glide above your body.
Allow it to happen if it does.
You go through many beds of flowers of different colors,
Its color giving you an empowerment in different living areas,
Red,
Orange,
Yellow,
Green,
Blue,
Indigo,
Purple and even white.
You are reaching a complete state of balance and you feel complete.
Every area of your life is empowered.
Stay together as much as you can from this until I call you back to continue.
It is time to come home and bring all these wonderful sensations back.
One,
Starting to notice your hands,
Your arms,
Your fingers.
Two,
Starting to notice your feet,
Your toes,
Your surroundings.
Gently starting to stretch.
And number three,
Wide,
Wide awake.
Wide,
Wide awake.
And when you are ready,
Open your eyes and welcome home.
