Slow Down! The Sloth Song

The Sloth Song is a playful reminder that slowing down does not need to be earned. You’re allowed to slow down and rest, even if that's just a brief moment in between tasks. Written and performed by me, this original song is paired with real sloth footage to soak up the medicine of these incredible animals. We live in a world that often rewards speed, pressure, and constant doing. But sloths seem to understand something we easily forget: Slower isn’t worse. Rest isn’t laziness. And life doesn’t always need to be hurried. Slowing down does NOT need to be earned.
