What a powerful and beautiful meditation! It was such a good practice for me to give unconditional love to myself and extend it to all others. Every single human is a wounded and broken person. Every single human deserves the unconditional love that I deserve. This does not mean I do not get to have boundaries with them. This does not mean I need to include them all in my life. This only means that I can send them the energy of unconditional love to be part of the healing of our world and all its precious lifeforms! Thank you for this practice and the sense of equanimity and peace I have following doing it.
