Love is our natural state.
Fear is what we learn as we go through life.
So it's really about unlearning the fear and reconnecting with love.
To share this love and to truly embody it.
That is our life's mission.
So to start this meditation,
Breathe in slowly into the belly through your nose five times.
Now we will do the same thing again,
But this time we will breathe in love into our entire body and we will breathe out fear.
Any fear that's trapped in our body,
In our mind,
Wherever it may be,
We will breathe out and we will breathe in love into our entire body and mind.
Everything is working for me,
Not against me.
Now let's bring to mind a situation that we fear.
A situation that makes us feel very uneasy.
So bring this situation to mind and really feel how this feels in your body,
Where the tensions are,
Anything that comes up,
Anything that comes up and don't be fearful of going into this.
You're guided by your breath and you're grounded by your breath.
So now that you've brought this non-judgmental awareness to any tension or any feeling that you have in your body as a result of this situation that you fear.
Keep breathing slowly and mindfully and breathe into these tensions.
It's as if your breath washes away these tensions,
But you don't judge them,
You accept them to be here.
It is just that the love that you breathe in to your body starts to heal and release some of these tensions.
You thank the tensions for being here because they have a very important function.
They are here to protect you.
The only problem is that they stayed too long.
So as you breathe in,
Honor this feeling and honor yourself for facing this feeling.
Because these things can be very overwhelming,
I know that very well.
But you're strong and your breath guides you and grounds you and is always there for you.
Everything is working for me,
Not against me.
That means even if a situation might seem like a challenge or even if these feelings might seem very unpleasant,
They are working for you,
Not against you.
Slowly say the following with me.
I am love.
I am loved.
And don't just say it,
Really feel it.
Put your hand on your heart and say,
I am love.
I am loved.
I am love.
And I am loved.
Feel how this love and this sense of being loved flows through your whole body.
You are alchemizing fear into love and that is an amazing super power to have.
Everything is working for me,
Not against me.
Life is working with me and not against me.
As long as I am in love and I alchemize my fears into love,
I am always protected and I will always be doing marvelously fine.
With your hand on your heart,
Really honor yourself for going into these feelings today,
For taking the time for yourself,
For loving yourself.
Slowly come back to this room and open your eyes.
