Take this moment to prepare yourself into a comfortable meditation pose.
Start to settle yourself physically wherever you are.
And wherever you are,
Gently feel heaviness along the eyelids.
And just feel your way through the pose,
Allowing yourself to breathe as deep and slow as you can.
Breathing in and out through the nose,
Allowing the breath to move slowly.
And notice how you feel in this moment as you breathe.
Notice the sensation of the ground below you.
Feel your body firming against it.
Feel that sensation.
Notice how you feel.
And gently as you breathe,
Notice weight along the right side of your body.
The more you breathe,
The heavier it becomes.
Notice how you feel,
Feeling more heaviness.
Notice the emotion awakening through the body as you feel it through the right side.
And notice that emotion as you breathe.
And the deeper you breathe,
Acknowledge the warmth that you feel through the breath,
Allowing it to expand and expand each time you inhale and exhale.
Breathe deeper into that emotion.
Notice the visions that come surfacing through the mind.
Become aware of them within this moment as you breathe.
Notice the sensation of the warmth and its movements within you.
Breathing slower and slower,
Allow the warmth to heat up more and more,
Feeling your pores open.
And feel your breath breathing through your skin.
Notice how that feels.
Notice the emotion that you feel in this moment.
Notice the sensation.
And as you feel that pulsation of heat inside of you,
Through the skin that you breathe,
Visualize the sun through your mind.
Look at the sun.
Notice how small or big it is.
Notice how faded or bright it is.
And stare upon it,
Taking time here to breathe,
And just notice what you feel.
Breathing deeper and deeper to allow yourself to feel more.
As you stare deeper within the sun,
Notice what you see.
Take time here to observe as you breathe.
As you continue to stare into the sun,
Notice any changes that occurs within it.
Breathing deeper and deeper,
Slowly moving the breath in and out.
And within the sun,
Notice the face of a male.
The first face to appear.
Take time here to observe,
To stare upon it,
Breathing deeply.
Breathing slower and slower,
Notice the face that you see.
Notice who it is,
And notice how you feel emotionally towards it.
Breathing deeper and deeper,
Notice the emotion that you feel in this moment.
Take notice to that feeling.
As you stare amongst the sun,
Gazing deeply within it,
Allow your inhales to gently expand the size of the sun,
Wider and wider as you're breathing each time.
Allowing your inhales to expand and expand,
And feel that warmth gazing on your body,
Your skin bathing amongst its heat.
Notice that sensation,
Taking deeper breaths here,
As the sun grows bigger and bigger.
Look deeper into the light,
And notice how you feel in this moment.
Slowing down through the breath,
Notice the sensation of the white light against you.
Notice how you feel in this moment.
Start to feel comforted,
Secure,
To feel that warmth.
Allow yourself to feel alive,
As you breathe in each time,
Feeling more alive and alive the more you breathe.
Notice how you feel in this moment,
And slowly allow the light to fade,
Slowly fading and fading into the image of a sky.
Feel that sky throughout the right side of your body,
Feel how expanded it is,
How vast it is,
And feel your breath like the wind,
Roaming throughout the sky,
Taking time here to feel that.
Notice how bright the sky is,
Or how faded it is.
Breathe into this knowing of what you see and how you feel from it.
Notice any emotions that rise through.
Start to see your thoughts amongst the clouds of the sky.
Notice how many clouds there are,
Or how little,
And take time here to look upon the clouds,
To look upon the clouds and notice the thoughts that you see.
As you breathe,
Feel the wind of your breath slowly pushing the thoughts into those clouds,
Moving out of your vision.
Allow every breath to bring movement,
Allowing the clouds of your thoughts to pass by.
And just watch them,
Breathing deeply here.
As they pass by,
Notice how you feel each time,
Until slowly,
There is no clouds,
Nothing but the blue sky.
As you're there,
Notice how you feel in this moment,
And slowly feel the sun's gaze over to your right,
Along the torso of your body,
And feel that gaze beaming against you.
Just breathe here and notice what you feel,
And slowly feel a stream of light appearing from the sun,
And slowly expanding out,
Elongating and elongating into your body,
And slowly allowing it to reach your heart.
Taking time here to feel that,
Noticing how you feel,
Noticing how the stream of light feels as it stretches out from the sun and into your heart.
As the stream of light touches your heart,
Notice what you feel within your heart.
Take time here to observe as you breathe,
Breathing slowly and deeply,
Notice what you feel,
And as the stream of light touches your heart,
Allow it to expand,
Gently blanketing over your heart,
And feel that blanket of warmth against your center.
As you breathe,
Notice how that feels,
As a stream of light blankets over your body,
Attached to the sun,
Slowly feel your inhales absorbing the warmth of the sun through the stream and into your heart,
Every inhale absorbing the warmth of that light and into your heart,
And as you do so,
Notice how you feel,
And slowly feel that stream of light expand,
Start to solidify,
Becoming more firm and firm,
The more you breathe,
And notice the sensation of that connection firming,
Deeper and deeper,
Noticing what you feel within these moments,
And feel that deep connection,
Notice how firm it is,
How solidified it feels,
And notice how you feel,
Notice the sensation that you feel within the center,
And slowly as you exhale,
Begin to feel heaviness along the right side of the body,
One exhale at a time,
Becoming heavier and heavier,
And once you feel enough heaviness,
Start to feel the same heaviness throughout the rest of your body,
Each time you exhale,
Becoming heavier and heavier,
The more you release the breath,
And as you feel heaviness equally throughout the body,
Notice how you feel within this moment,
Breathe through that sensation,
And as you gently inhale,
Start to feel the warmth rising throughout the body,
Electrifying,
Activating,
Feel those sensations roaming inside of you,
And notice how it feels,
And slowly feel those pulsations start to move you physically,
By wiggling through the toes and fingers,
Rolling through the wrist and through the ankles,
Noticing how you feel in this moment,
And if you're lying down,
Gradually make your way up into a seated position,
Bring your palms together into a prayer pose,
And bring it towards the ground,
The spine lifting high,
Allowing your shoulders to fall,
Slow through your breathing through the nose,
And notice what you feel.
