Let's begin by finding a comfortable position.
Lying down flat on your back or sitting nice and tall.
Allowing your shoulders to drop away from the ears.
Your hands relaxing at your sides or in your lap.
And if you haven't already,
Go ahead and close your eyes.
Taking a deep breath in through your nose,
Allowing your belly to expand and fill with air.
And on the exhale,
Letting out a sigh out through the mouth.
Again,
We breathe in together through the nose and out through the mouth.
As we rest into this guided meditation.
Continuing to breathe at your own rhythm,
Finding a pace that feels good to you.
As we focus in on radiating love,
I invite you to bring your awareness to your heart center.
By focusing on your heart center,
You may notice sensation.
You may feel the vibration of your heart beating.
Or maybe in your mind's eye,
You see a color that represents the love that you want to cultivate.
As you continue to breathe and focus on this space,
I invite you to either listen silently or repeat the following affirmations aloud.
Moment by moment,
I choose to show up in love.
Moment by moment,
I choose to show up in love.
I choose to radiate love,
Not perfection.
I choose to radiate love,
Not perfection.
Taking a deep breath in through the nose and just noticing how it feels to allow those words to move through your body.
And begin to imagine yourself showing up in each moment of each day in pure God-like love.
Letting go of fixing,
Letting go of judging.
Simply showing up and radiating pure love.
Taking another deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
As we prepare to release this practice,
Bringing your hands to your heart center.
