To start this meditation,
I invite you to find a comfortable position.
I'd recommend that you listen to this at least once a day,
In the morning or at night.
Either first thing in the morning before you get out of bed or at night right before you drift off to sleep.
Lying down on your back is a highly recommended position for this meditation.
Allowing yourself to fully relax into this moment.
Allowing your shoulders to melt into the surface beneath you.
And your jaw to relax if you're holding any tension.
Noticing if there's any tension being held in between your brows and if so,
Just relax them a little bit more.
Allowing your body to melt deeply into this moment.
Allowing your mind to relax.
Taking a deep breath in through the nose,
Filling the belly with air and releasing out through the mouth,
Slow and controlled.
Again,
Breathing in through the nose,
Filling the belly with air and out through the mouth.
As your body is immersed in total relaxation,
I invite you to begin to reflect on the best case scenario in regards to a challenge you're currently facing.
Maybe you're struggling to find clarity in a certain part of your life or you're seeking answers or understanding.
I invite you to just reflect on the most positive outcome.
If you were to reach a point in your journey,
Maybe a month from now,
Two months,
Six months a year,
And you looked back and saw all that you had been through and you thought to yourself,
Wow,
This worked out exactly the way I wanted it to,
Even better.
Imagine how you feel.
Are you excited,
Relieved,
Happy,
Joyful?
Maybe you feel proud,
Comforted,
Refreshed,
Fulfilled.
I want you to imagine your face in the moment as you're stepping into this new thing that you suddenly have clarity on,
You suddenly have peace around.
Imagine how you are dressed,
What you're wearing,
How you're carrying yourself as you're going about your day,
Fully immersing yourself in this experience of the best possible outcome.
Everything worked out exactly the way you imagined it and you feel amazing.
Allowing yourself to just rest in that.
Taking a deep breath in through your nose and holding the intention in your mind,
I choose the best possible outcome.
Releasing out through your mouth.
I encourage you as we in this meditation to be intentional about reflecting on the best possible outcome.
Know that your mind has the natural desire to protect you from disappointment and hurt.
So thinking about the worst case scenario comes natural to most of us,
But through practice and repetition,
We can begin to reframe our thinking.
Extend yourself grace and honor that you just gave yourself this gift of practicing the best possible outcome.
And I look forward to meditating again with you soon.
