Total Energy Clearing

Total Energy Clearing is a deeply restorative guided practice for clearing, grounding, and energetically resetting your whole system. It’s important to note that this is a guided clearing with verbal cueing throughout, rather than a traditional guided meditation, which offers more quiet space between prompts.

This audio guides you through a total energy clearing of the auric field, chakra system, meridians, and physical, emotional, and energetic bodies. With the support of visualization, breath, light, and connection to your spiritual support system, you’ll be guided through a process of clearing, healing, grounding, and energetic realignment.

Welcome to your total energy clearing. This practice will guide you through a complete clearing of your auric field, All chakras and chakra systems on all levels, All meridians. And your physical, Energetic, And emotional bodies. To begin this practice, Please find yourself in a comfortable seated or lying down position. Take any little movements that you need at this time. Before finding yourself in a position of stillness. And receptivity. Allow your body to come into complete relaxation now. Allowing the shoulders to drop down the back. Inviting all of the muscles of the face to soften and relax. Allowing the belly to be soft. And to rise and fall with the breath. Take a few more deep breaths. Cleansing breaths. Allowing the exhale to take with it any energy. That no longer serves out through the soles of the feet. Feeling your body become lighter. And more open. With each breath. I now call upon all of your guides. Angels. Masters, Teachers, Ascended ancestors, And loved ones. All those aligned with the divine and the earth council. And I ask that they please surround and encapsulate your body. In a beautiful bubble of golden light. For protection and strength. I ask the Angelics. To please identify, Surround, And fully encapsulate anything inside your body or energy field that is not yours, Does not belong to you, Or does not serve you. And to remove it from the body and the energy fields. As well as anything it may have brought with it. To be conveyed. To its proper place. Or transmuted into a higher frequency, If possible. Allow this process to happen now. Now we ask the Angelics. To open and expand your auric field. And to fill it with light. Filling in all of the places where energy was just removed. Pouring in new energy, Vitality, Healing. And realigning the entire auric field. Now clearing your crown chakra. And recasting your cosmic cord. From the highest interdimensional realm. Into the crown of your head. Down in and through your body. So that you may receive healing. On a cellular level. Throughout your entire vessel and system. Feel the support. Guidance, Healing, And love from your spirit team. Through the Cosmic Cord. In every cell of your body. Now clearing the third eye chakra. The seed of intuition. The space in between the eyebrows. Opening and expanding the third eye. Bringing the intuition fully online. In a clear and crystalline way. Allowing violet light. To pulsate from the third eye. Into the auric field in front of the third eye. And in back of the third eye. Now clearing the throat chakra. The seat of expression. Imagining every cell in and around the throat. Healing, And realigning. Imagining a beautiful blue light. Moving in, Through and around the throat space. Opening and expanding the throat center. Bringing clear expression. Authentic Truth. And creativity. Back online. Now clearing the heart chakra. The seat of emotion. Of deep feeling. Of unconditional love. Imagining a beautiful green light. Moving through the heart space. Opening and expanding the heart. Shining into the auric field in front of you. And into the auric fields in back of you. Clearing, Healing, And realigning. Any emotional activity in the heart center. Allowing the heart space to be fully open. Receptive. Clear and authentically aligned. Allowing the divine intelligence of the heart. To lead and guide. Now clearing the solar plexus. The space right below the lungs right above the belly. The seed of confidence, Empowerment. Discernment. Imagine a powerful golden light. Pulsating from the solar plexus, Moving clockwise into the auric field in front of you. In the auric field behind you. Feeling the fire of the center. Guiding your decisions and actions in a clear and aligned way. Feel the empowerment and reclamation. Beaming from the solar plexus. Now clearing the sacral chakra. The seat of creativity. Relationships projects and intimacy. Imagining an orange light. Beaming from the sacral center. Into the auric field in front of you and the auric field in back of you. Feel the center clearing, Healing, And realigning. Now clearing the root chakra. The seed of safety, Structure, And groundedness. Recasting your grounding cords from the root chakra into the center of the earth and beyond. So that your body may fill up with the unconditionally loving and healing energy of Mother Earth. Imagining a beautiful crimson red light. Shining into the auric field in front of you and the auric field in back of you. Feel your sense of safety, Groundedness. And support, Healing and realigning. Feel the base of your body. Become heavier and more relaxed. Almost as if it's magnetic to the Earth's surface. Stabilizing your entire system. On all levels. Now see the grounding cord. Carrying unconditionally loving energy from the earth. Up, In, To, And through the body. Merging with the cosmic cord. Carrying support, Guidance, And unlimited healing and protection. From your spirit team. From your soul realm. Down, Into, And through the body. Allowing these energies to merge in the center of your system. Recalibrating and realigning your physical body emotional body. An energetic body on all levels. We now ask that the angelics fill your field. With as much light as is optimal for you in this moment. Opening all meridians big and bright. Filling up your auric fields with light. And balancing your north and south node magnets.
