Hello and welcome.
Beginning by guiding all of your awareness and attention to the breath.
Feeling it as it flows to and from the body.
Each breath helping to settle you into your posture.
Just experiencing this moment as the breath continues.
Feeling the attention to rest with the rise and fall of the chest.
The inhale and the exhale.
Easily moving with the flow of air in and out of the body.
Embracing this moment with a feeling of peace and quiet.
Using this time to reflect on the moments that have composed your journey to this point.
The high notes,
The low notes,
And those in between.
Each of these moments creating your story.
Some anticipated,
Others unexpected.
All a part of your experience.
Trying to conceive can sometimes feel like less of a journey and more like a roller coaster.
Making it hard to know where to create boundaries.
And what life might look like with so many possibilities at play.
It can be hard at times to see the gifts of the bigger picture when we are so focused on what we want.
Yet each of these moments have colored the experience of the woman you are today.
Growing and strengthening her in this moment.
This meditation is about nurturing all the moments.
Trusting your experience.
Cultivating a sense of belief in the future and whatever lies before you.
Simply resting in this moment.
Recognizing things as they are right now.
With presence and ease.
Nothing to do.
Just experiencing the now as the breathing continues.
With an open awareness and relaxed attention.
Becoming aware of the areas of the body.
Not trying too hard to relax.
This will just create tension in the body.
An unnecessary activity in the mind.
Simply using the awareness of the body to experience this moment.
Letting go of the tendency we all have to want things to be different from how they are right now.
Allowing things to be exactly as you find them.
Allowing yourself to be exactly as you are.
Realizing that you are exactly where you need to be if only in this moment.
When we allow ourselves to see that we are enough.
That we are worthy of love and connection.
We are kinder and gentler to those around us.
And we are kinder and gentler to ourselves.
Regardless of where life leads us or the path we choose to follow.
Letting go of the tendency we all have to want things to be different from how they are right now.
Each exhale releasing any unnecessary thoughts or ideas.
Each inhale replenishing you.
Allowing vulnerability to be present.
The basis of all connection.
Of love.
Of creativity.
And belonging.
With every moment.
And every breath.
