Welcome to Take A5,

A collection of short five-minute meditations dedicated to create a brief yet meaningful pause in your day.

Give yourself this gift of rest,

Resilience,

Renewal,

And presence whenever you need it most.

Let's begin by taking a deep breath in through the nose.

And gently exhaling it out.

Settle into a comfortable position,

Letting your breath deepen just slightly.

Before anything can be created,

There must be stillness.

A quiet place where intention becomes clear.

Taking another slow inhale in.

And a long,

Gentle exhale out.

Letting the body soften.

Letting the mind go quiet.

Imagine you are sitting beside a calm lake.

The surface of the water completely still.

Reflecting the sky above.

This lake represents your inner world,

Your thoughts,

Emotions,

And desires.

And stillness allows vision to become clear.

Now bring to mind something you wish to create,

Attract,

Or grow.

Don't force the details.

Just let the essence of that desire appear naturally.

Holding it gently in your awareness.

Taking a slow breath in through the nose.

And on the exhale,

Imagine sending that intention out like a soft ripple across the lake.

Inhale again,

Nourishing the vision.

Exhaling out,

Releasing it into possibility.

Continue breathing just like this.

Each inhale inviting clarity.

And every exhale trusting the process.

Feeling your body relax deeper and deeper into stillness.

As if you're aligning with a quiet power inside you.

And now taking this opportunity to whisper internally.

What I seek is already seeking me.

What I seek is already seeking me.

And a slow,

Expansive breath out.
