Hi,
This is Stefania.
Today we have some affirmations of gratitude to meditate on.
As we say these affirmations,
Please be aware of how your belly,
Your chest,
And your head feel as we go through each one.
Three of the seven chakras are connected to these areas.
The belly is the sacral chakra,
Creativity and a sense of well-being.
The chest is the heart chakra,
Love.
The head is what is known also as the crown chakra,
And that is for intuition.
As we say these affirmations,
Try to be aware of from where you are responding to them.
Let's be grateful every day.
Even when it feels like there is absolutely nothing to be grateful for,
We can always find something,
Even if it's a little tiny thing.
It's said that something must be repeated seven times to sink into our consciousness.
So today we're going to do a little bit different.
Usually I recite the affirmation and then leave space for you to repeat.
But today we're going to do a little bit different.
I'm going to say each affirmation seven times.
And feel free within that seven times to join in.
Let's begin.
I am grateful for the gifts I receive from others.
I am grateful for the gifts I receive from others.
I am grateful for the gifts I receive from others.
I am grateful for the gifts I receive from others.
I am grateful for the gifts I receive from others.
I am grateful for the gifts I receive from others.
I am grateful for the gifts I receive from others.
My heart holds gratitude towards others,
Myself and the greater good.
My heart holds gratitude towards others,
Myself and the greater good.
My heart holds gratitude towards others,
Myself and the greater good.
My heart holds gratitude towards others,
Myself and the greater good.
My heart holds gratitude towards others,
Myself and the greater good.
My heart holds gratitude towards others,
Myself and the greater good.
I am open to receive and give love.
I am open to receive and give love.
I am open to receive and give love.
I am open to receive and give love.
I release hurts through compassion,
Kindness and thankfulness.
I release hurts through compassion,
Kindness and thankfulness.
I release hurts through compassion,
Kindness and thankfulness.
I release hurts through compassion,
Kindness and thankfulness.
I release hurts through compassion,
Kindness and thankfulness.
I release hurts through compassion,
Kindness and thankfulness.
I release hurts through compassion,
Kindness and thankfulness.
I am grateful for my health.
I am grateful for my health.
I am grateful for my health.
I am grateful for my health.
I rejoice in the way things are.
I rejoice in the way things are.
I rejoice in the way things are.
I rejoice in the way things are.
Now,
Let's say them all once again.
Just each one twice and feel free to join in on the second time.
I am grateful for the gifts I receive from others.
My heart holds gratitude towards others,
Myself and the greater good.
I am open to receive and give love.
I release hurts through compassion,
Kindness and thankfulness.
I am grateful for my health.
I rejoice in the way things are.
And there is one final affirmation that we can always say when things are going splendidly and when things are not going so well.
I'll say it first once and then let's repeat it three times.
Everything always works out for me.
Everything always works out for me.
Did you notice if any of these affirmations resonated with one part of your body more than the others?
Considering your belly,
The area of the sacral chakra,
Your chest,
The area of the heart chakra or your head,
The area of the crown chakra.
You might want to journal about your experiences and even if you don't want to sit down and actually write,
You can journal verbally by speaking into your phone,
Making a recording of how you felt in those areas.
And it will give you something to think about,
To meditate on and maybe to just accept as it is.
And that's it for now.
Until next time.
Bye for now.
