Today we're talking about the speed of flow.
Notice the speed of events.
If something starts to happen very quickly and seemingly of its own accord,
You will know you are in a flow state.
Don't fight or resist.
Allow the energy of the universe to guide you and make decisions quickly so that you can stay in this state of flow.
When things happen quickly,
It is a sign of divine guidance,
The universe.
Most people,
And in fact all people,
Are going to have these moments in their lives.
I call them convergences.
When everything comes together,
The person,
The place,
The time,
The space,
It all comes together.
And it's this moment of magic or magical synchronicity or synchronicities all coming together all at once so that you are actually moved from where you were to where you were going,
To the next step on your journey.
And you might think of it as you're walking on a little path,
You come to a fork in the road and boom,
The universe guides you to this next part of your journey,
This next segment of your journey.
And there's this understanding when you're in this place of being moved from point A to point B,
From being moved from the old path to the new path,
There's always this sense of,
There's a couple things going on,
But you can tell you're in this place when everything goes really quickly,
Effortlessly,
Quickly,
Fast,
Flowing,
Ease.
And also,
There's this sense of knowing that you have,
You aren't,
It's not going fast and you're all hyped up and excited and electrified about this.
There's this sense of deep calm and knowing,
Okay,
Yeah.
This is meant to happen.
This is the thing that is putting me in position.
This is the thing I have known has been coming.
This is the thing that my meditations,
My prayers,
My visioning have led me to.
And here we are now and it's happening.
So understanding this,
That the speed of flow is something that you can begin to notice as a sign that things are moving you from one place to another.
And this can be incredibly useful as you sort of navigate your way through kind of the mystery of the universe leading you and guiding you from one place to another.
One thing to notice is the speed at which everything is happening,
The sense of everything speeding up or,
You know,
Say you're looking for a new job,
For example,
And you've put your requests out there to the universe and suddenly in one day three job offers come in.
That would be something where things are happening very quickly.
The next thing would be to notice that there is a sense of ease,
The sense of I don't need to lift a finger.
And then the next thing would be to notice that you feel really,
Really calm.
There's this sense of yeah,
This is the right decision.
This is the universe moving things into position.
I sometimes have told the story,
I really like dogs and I usually have a dog in my life and one of our practices has been to adopt senior dogs and sort of help them towards end of life or hopefully we have them before that happens.
Anyway,
Our beautiful Bichon passed and then it was a full year where I was looking for another dog,
Kept going to the shelters and so forth and looking for this soul match,
Not finding the right being.
And so finally,
You know,
After spending so many weekends,
You know,
Let's go to the shelter and see maybe somebody's there.
I just finally said to the universe,
You know,
If I'm supposed to have a dog,
I'm not going to lift a finger.
I have been lifting many fingers for a year.
If I'm meant to have a dog,
Then I'm going to not lift a finger and I'm going to have you bring the dog to me and that's how I'm going to know.
That's how I'm going to know it's the right soul.
So that day,
That day,
Somebody called my husband said,
Hey,
These people we know have a dog that needs a home.
Would you like to come take a look?
He and my oldest daughter went out.
They brought the dog home.
It was the perfect,
Perfect dog who's with us now.
Beautiful Lhasa Apso.
And again,
There was that sense of speed.
There was that sense of ease.
And there was that sense of calm.
Everything is perfect.
Everything is right.
This is easy.
We're on the right track.
Pay attention to those things in your life as you make your way through decisions big and small and notice what happens.
