Welcome to Spiritual Psychic,
I'm Sarah Wiseman.
Today we're talking about Let Go to Let In.
When you are in tune with the cycle of change,
You know that you will be called to release possessions,
Places,
Even people who are no longer meant to be part of your life.
Letting go creates room for what is manifesting into your reality.
You must Let Go to Let In.
When you understand everything is in continual cycle,
You will lose your fear of letting go.
When something is complete,
You will know it.
The universe.
So this idea of letting go is not about chucking away everything of value or everything meaningful to you.
It's not about giving away,
You know,
Your dearest possessions or your favorite people or your most important relationships.
It's about instead waiting for the period of time in which you feel something is no longer important to you.
Or maybe a more correct way of looking at it is that you and this object or you and this place or you and this person have completed your karma together or your relationship has run its course or you aren't the same person as you used to be.
And maybe the other person or place or object also isn't the same as they used to be.
We all have these times in our lives when we hang on to things and we're very excited to add things and people and places to our lives.
And then after a certain point,
And this happens differently for everybody,
But after a certain point,
We just become weighed down by all the people and places and things that aren't really fitting who we are or who we are becoming.
They seem more like tethers around us,
Holding us back from who we are becoming or who we want to become.
And it's just a sign of growth.
You know,
We don't go to kindergarten,
For example,
And then just stay in kindergarten forever.
After a while,
The little chairs,
You know,
Get too little and we know how to say our colors and we know the alphabet and we're ready for something different and even our beloved kindergarten teacher who we just adored,
You know,
The luster goes away because we're not meant to be learning from that person anymore.
We've learned those lessons.
And even our best friends from kindergarten,
Now some of you do have friends from kindergarten still,
But most people end up sort of veering away from the people they were in,
You know,
Five and six years old with and making new friends and having different relationships and having their whole lives be this continuum of growth and being with people and places and things that reflect this growth and then growing further.
The key is to notice when things start to get stuck feeling or like they're not working or like the energy is just super flat or they feel restricting or you feel tethered or you feel trapped.
And this is a time to look at what is it?
Is it a relationship that has run its course?
Is it an object or a bunch of objects that you just,
You know,
At one time you had to have these objects or possessions and now you're like,
Whoa,
What was I,
I don't need those things anymore.
They don't have the same meaning.
Is it a place?
You've lived somewhere and suddenly you're called to go elsewhere and you realize I'm,
I have experienced this place at the level that I need to.
Different people have different comfort levels with letting go to let in.
Some people love the risk and the adventure and the unknown of trying something new.
Other people's holds on really tight.
Maybe they hold on too long and some people are in the middle.
The key to remember is that this is the cycle of growth.
We can't let in what's new until we let go and make room.
We can't have our attention both on the past and in the future at the same time.
We have to let go of the past in order to step into the future.
It's just how we're set up.
It's just how it works.
If you've been thinking about this,
Letting go to let in,
Remember that change is the constant.
The universe supports you and if you're feeling this way,
Chances are good that you're ready to make this step.
I'm Sarah Wiseman and you'll find me at SarahWiseman.
