She has been a teacher for over 6 years, teaching English and Spanish as a second language to students ranging from beginner to advanced and from 5 years old to 65. She has been teaching yoga for over 5 years, and one of her favorite parts about yoga is the meditation piece. She believes that yoga is a very personal practice that encourages students to explore their spiritual relationship, their bodies, and their minds. Through meditation, Dianne helps students explore the different aspects of their beings, and hopes to bring calm to an otherwise busy world.
