This 15-minute guided meditation leads the listener through a systematic relaxation of the full body. By drawing awareness to the breath and sesnsations in the body, we get quiet and draw power over the body via the mind. Using the Law of Attraction and guided Visualization, we activate the manifestation state. We will focus on the realization of our dreams in the present moment. In the end, we will slowly wake up with guided audio prompting.
