Reflection: 'I Have Decided'

Some of us, commit great periods of our lives to achieve our external goals, these can be at the social, romantic, family or professional level. Unfortunately, more often than not, despite all our efforts life does not cooperate. With continuous failures, frustration comes, and we tend to get lost in the pain of unfulfillment and rejection. This is an invitation to reflect on changing our old ways if those are causing us pain.
