And stay with me until the end because I'm going to share a powerful exercise that will help you start feeling abundance in your body even if you've never felt it before.
It's simple,
Practical,
And it can completely shift the way you manifest money and opportunities.
Because,
Let's be honest,
If you spend most of your life worrying about money,
Or living from paycheck to paycheck,
The idea of feeling abundance can sound almost impossible.
But when it comes to manifesting financial abundance,
It's not just about visualizing more money.
It's about bringing the feelings of abundance into your body.
You see,
Your body is the vessel through which your energy flows.
If your body feels tense,
Safe,
Or closed,
It sends a signal of lack.
But when your body feels safe,
Relaxed,
And open,
You align yourself with the frequency of receiving.
Here's the truth I want you to hear.
You don't have to wait for money to arrive in your bank account to start embodying abundance.
You can begin to feel abundance right now by training your body to recognize what safety,
Ease,
And enoughness truly feel like.
One of my clients came to me saying,

I just can't imagine what abundance feels like.
I've never had it.
I only know how it feels to worry.
And her words really touched me because she was so honest and so many people feel exactly the same.
So instead of talking about money,
I asked her to remember a moment in her life when she felt full,
Supported,
Or safe.

When I walk my dog in the forest,
The sunlight filters through the trees and I just feel at peace.

That sense of peace,
Spaciousness,
And being supported by life is abundance.
So my client practiced returning to that feeling every day,
Not thinking about it,
But feeling it in her body,

The quiet trust.

She started receiving small unexpected blessings,

A surprise gift,
A feeling of calm when paying bills.

So how can you start to embody abundance even if you've never felt it before?
Here's what I invite you to do.
Step number one is find the abundance that already exists.
Notice moments of fullness.
Perhaps it is your morning tea,
The sound of birds in the morning,
The comfort of your home.
Let yourself say,
I have this.
I'm supported right now.
Step number two is feel it in your body.
Place your hand over your heart or your belly.
Breathe deeply and let your body soften.
Then ask yourself,
What does safety feel like in my body?
This is how abundance begins,
As a felt sense of enoughness.
Step number three is use your imagination.
Even if you've never felt financial ease,
Imagine what it might feel like.
Perhaps imagine waking up relaxed,
Trusting that you are supported.
Your body feels open,
Calm,
And grounded.
Stay there for a few breaths and your nervous system will learn through your imagination.
This is how you rewire for abundance.
Step number four is cultivate safety.
So much of our scarcity comes from fear.
Through breath work,
Mindfulness,
Or somatic movement,
Or simply dancing,
Remind your body it's safe to receive.
It's safe to have more than enough.
Remember,
You don't have to force abundance or pretend it's already here.
You only need to create space for it by softening into the truth that you are already held,
Already supported,
Already connected to life itself.
Abundance isn't something you chase.
It's something you remember.
So let's take a breath together.
Feel your heart and whisper to yourself,
