Light Invocation With Beth Wright, Energy Healer

In this Meditation, we will invoke the Light to activate our energy centers and subtle bodies. We will connect the Heart of the Earth and the Universal One Heart with our hearts. We will receive the Love of the Divine Mother as we connect with her healing presence.

As a vibrational healer, Elizabeth Wright channels high-frequency light through the person's energy field and chakras, which removes blocks and raises their vibration so the body can heal itself. Beth is here as a vibrational energy healer.

Now she's also certified in Hatha Yoga and is a consulting hypnotist to help people reprogram negative patterns in their subconscious mind.

And it's my pleasure to introduce Beth here on A Meditation A Day.

It's always a pleasure to be a part of Enlightened World Network and I'm thrilled to be doing this meditation today.

So thank you.

We're looking forward to it.

So if you'd like,

What type of meditation or what will we be experiencing with you here today?

Well,

I'm an energy healer.

So what I like to do is bring the light in.

So this is an active meditation where we draw the light up from the earth as well as down from source and into our energy centers or our chakras.

And then as we do that,

We're awakening our light body.

And once we get to a certain place,

Then we go deeper into the meditation.

And on this particular day,

We're going to be going into a portal into our sacred heart and accessing more of our soul energy.

So this should be fun.

Sounds like fun.

All right.

Well,

I'm looking forward to it.

I know everyone that's tuning in is also looking forward to this.

So Beth,

We can begin whenever you're ready.

Let's do it.

Okay.

So let's just begin by closing our eyes,

Going in.

And let's take a few deep breaths in through our nose all the way into your belly,

A deep belly breath.

And as you exhale,

You're just releasing out anything that you've been holding on to in the day or the week,

Just letting it go.

And then another deep belly breath in through your nose.

And as you exhale,

Settle further into your body,

Allowing yourself to relax.

Knowing that you're in a safe space and take another nice deep,

Long and slow breath right into your belly.

And as you exhale,

Just letting go even more.

And resuming normal breathing.

And we're connecting in with our higher being,

Our inner being,

Our higher self and our I am presence.

And we do this just by setting our intention to connect.

And we'll also call in our team,

Our celestial team of beings of light.

And whoever that is for you,

Call them in now so that they're surrounding you and supporting you in this meditation.

And all of our higher selves,

No matter when you listen to this meditation,

Will link up in a group over soul that will assist in amplifying the energy that you experience in this meditation.

So let's begin by washing ourselves in white light.

And so we bring down the highest in white light.

And so we bring down the highest vibrational,

Highest frequency white light that comes directly from source,

The great central sun.

And you can visualize or imagine a spiral of this beautiful white light energy coming down from source.

And it enters into your soul star chakra,

Which is just above your head above the crown chakra.

And feel this white light as it clears and cleanses your soul star.

And just imagine that your soul star is being washed with this beautiful,

Vibrant white light energy.

And your higher self is overseeing all of this.

So just breathe and allow it to take place.

And then the white light moves down into the crown center,

Right on top of your head,

Right on top of your head,

As it clears and cleanses the crown chakra,

Removing anything that belongs to other people that you may have picked up from them and are carrying of theirs.

Allow this white light to take that energy and move it down into the earth.

As we move this white light now down into our third eye center,

Our brow center,

Clearing and cleansing,

Washing the third eye center.

And we're asking the white light to clear any negative thought forms,

Any negativity,

Washing it clean,

So that whatever thoughts arise are very positive and of a higher consciousness.

And we bring the white light now down into the throat center and allow the white light to clear the throat of anything that may be stuck in this center,

Words that you've been wanting to say to someone,

But haven't been able to express,

Just clearing those channels in the throat.

Or if you have any angry words that you've spoken to someone that you regret,

Allow this white light to clear that energetic debris from this center.

And breathe.

And now this beautiful high-frequency light moves into your heart center,

Washing and cleansing.

And if there's any sadness or any emotions that you may have been feeling that have your heart feeling a little tight or closed off,

Allow the white light to wash it down and clear it from your heart.

And then we move this white light right into our solar plexus,

Our belly,

Clearing and cleansing anything that you haven't been able to digest in your life.

Any stuck energy here,

Allow it to clear it.

Any stuck energy here,

Allow it to be washed and cleared.

And then the white light moves down into our sacral chakra,

All around the pelvis area.

Any guilt you may be holding or shame that you're holding,

Allow the white light to wash it like a wave washes over the beach.

Just let it move any of this heavy or sticky energy down.

And so this beautiful giant spiral of white light coming directly from source,

Like a river of energy,

Flows down into your heart center.

It's now spiraling into your base chakra.

And clearing any fear or anxiety that you may be experiencing,

Washing it down,

Down,

Down your legs and out the soles of your feet.

And now the white light moves down into your earth star chakra below your feet and clears that chakra,

Washes it clean.

Just breathe and allow,

Visualize,

Connect.

Visualize,

Connect.

And now this white light moves down right into mother earth.

And so you can see it like this spiraling river of white light energy is now draining down into the earth,

Taking all of those heavy sticky energies off of you.

And mother earth receives this energy and with her infinite wisdom,

She transmutes this energy into positive healing energy for everyone on the planet.

And this white light river goes right into the very heart of mother earth.

And we can feel and see that white light right from source coming down through us coming down through us and into the earth and connect with it as it creates our center.

Our center line that runs right along the spine and orients us to source or God energy and grounds us to mother earth.

And now I'm calling in St.

Germain.

I'm calling St.

Germain in to this meditation and I'm asking St.

Germain and I'm asking St.

Germain to bring up the violet flame right from the heart of mother earth in a beautiful spiral of energy and feel it coming up through your earth star.

And it's like a fire,

This violet flame and it burns all around you right up through your base chakra,

All around your body,

Inside of your body,

Filling your entire energy fields with the violet flame.

And you can visualize this violet fire as it burns off any karmic energy that is ready to be released from your energy fields,

Your body,

Your mind,

And your emotional body.

St.

Germain is for each one of us filling our energy fields with this violet fire for karmic cleansing.

Just breathe and allow.

And now we're bringing up from the earth a silver light that comes directly into our earth star chakra about a foot and a half below our feet.

And the silver light we're asking our I am presence to release from the earth star chakra.

We're asking our I am presence to realign our earth star chakra and balance and activate it as we connect our earth star chakra to the new earth crystalline grid.

And you may feel a little shift going on there as this chakra realigns and rebalances.

And now we bring up red light from the earth,

From the heart,

And we see it spiraling up into the soles of our feet,

Coming up through our legs,

And also coming right into our base chakra,

The perineum and the tailbone.

And just visualize and imagine this red light connecting you to the heart of mother earth.

And we ask our I am presence to rebalance and activate the base chakra so that we feel the grounding that takes place into the present moment.

And you feel your roots connected to the earth.

And here you feel supported and nurtured,

Knowing that every need that you have is taken care of.

You're safe and secure.

And you have everything that you need in this moment.

Realizing that life is made up of a series of moments.

And as long as you stay present and anchored in the moment,

You will experience in the moment,

You will experience the supportive energy and the abundance that the earth offers you at any given moment.

Beautiful.

And the earth energy continues to come up now into our sacral chakra.

Just below the belly button and in the low back,

The sacrum area.

And it becomes a gorgeous orange light.

Vibrant and full of pleasure.

This is where we experience the sweetness of life.

Our creative endeavors.

And we ask our I am presence to rebalance and activate our sacral chakra with this orange light.

As well as rebalancing our emotional bodies.

And this is the center where we create from.

And whatever it is that you'd love to create,

Whether it's playing music,

Or painting,

Dancing,

Cooking,

Or gardening.

Just know that as you do it,

You are creating the flow state in your life.

Because whenever you are creating,

You are allowing the creator energy to come through you.

And this is what creates flow.

Whenever we step into our creator energy,

We create flow.

We create flow.

And feel the sensation of pleasure now in this sacral chakra.

As it rebalances.

Breathing.

Good.

And this energy from the earth continues to come up and now moves into your solar plexus chakra.

Right at the belly,

The abdomen,

And in the mid-back.

And it's this bright yellow,

Like the sun.

Full of fire.

And positive energy.

And we ask our I am presence to rebalance,

Open,

And activate our solar plexus chakra.

As well as our mental body.

And just feel this center open.

If you feel that there's anything you're holding on to,

Just breathe into that space where you feel like you're holding.

And with the out-breath,

Release and surrender the resistance.

Allow the light to fill this space.

And open.

And you ask your higher being to help you with this.

And this is our center of taking action where our desires are created and our desires are of taking action where our desires are created in our sacral chakra.

In our solar plexus,

We take action to bring them into the world,

To manifest them.

This is our action center.

And where our purpose lies.

What are you creating in this world?

What is your purpose right now?

And that can be anything from being a caregiver or a wife,

A teacher,

A writer,

A mother.

Whatever it is,

No matter how little,

It's okay.

You're serving.

Just breathe into the solar plexus and allow it to continue to open and expand.

Become more vibrant.

And now we bring up from the earth,

A rose pink energy filled with unconditional love spiraling up and coming into our heart center.

And at the same time,

We bring down from the great central sun,

From source,

An emerald green light that comes down through the top of our head and spirals into our heart where it meets the rose pink and begins to intertwine,

Filling the heart chakra.

As we ask our I am presence to rebalance,

Open and activate our heart center.

Both in the front of the body,

As well as the back.

Letting go of any resistance and allowing the light to fill you.

Breathe it in.

Know that this is working for you.

Your higher self,

Who you are always connected to.

Your I am presence who is always working with you is overseeing and activating your energy centers.

Just trust in this,

Believe in it and know that it is happening.

Just allow it.

And so our beautiful radiant heart is where we give and receive love.

It is our center of all of our relationships,

The primary relationships with ourself,

With God,

And then the rest of our relationships flow from that.

Breathing it in.

And your higher self is making any adjustments that is needed to this heart center.

And you can just imagine that in your heart is a beautiful lotus flower opening one petal at a time.

And as the heart chakra is being rebalanced,

We also ask that our astral body is rebalanced.

And if there are any entanglements in our astral body,

Sometimes our astral bodies when we travel out during dream time at night,

We connect with others and sometimes our astral bodies get entangled with other people.

So I'm calling upon you to just let go of any tension that you may have in your heart.

I'm calling on the guardians of light now.

And I'm asking that the guardians of light disentangle our astral body from any other astral bodies that they may be entangled with,

Cleanse and rebalance the astral body and return it to us.

Good.

So all of the chakras that we are working with are continuing to be rebalanced,

Opened,

And activated as we draw down now a royal blue light from source down through the top of our head and into our throat center.

And feel this and see this blue light moving all around your throat,

Coming out the front of the neck or the throat in a spiral,

As well as the back of the neck in a spiral.

Just breathe and allow as we ask our I am presence to rebalance,

Open,

And inactivate our throat center.

And specifically,

I'm asking here because the throat is the place,

The center where we make our choices from.

I'm asking our I am presence to clear out any energy that is connected to bad choices or choices that we perceive of as being bad choices.

Clear the energy from that through your entire lifetime.

And we're also rebalancing the etheric template body.

And our throat center is where we express our truth.

Just breathing as this chakra is rebalanced.

And now we bring down a electric indigo energy from source down through the top of our head.

And into our third eye center.

This indigo light comes right into the brow center and works with balancing the left hemisphere of the brain and the right hemisphere of the brain.

So you can visualize a figure eight pattern moving from the left hemisphere to the right hemisphere through the corpus callosum,

Which is the webbing between the two hemispheres that connects them.

Balancing the brain.

And we're asking our I am presence to rebalance,

Activate and open our third eye center,

As well as our celestial body.

Clearing any negative thought forms.

And this is our center of intuition as well as logic and reasoning.

Which we want to be balanced with one another.

And also where we can see beyond the five senses.

The sixth sense.

Just breathe as your I am presence and higher self.

Rebalance the center for you.

So you can have clarity.

And peace of mind.

Excellent.

And now we're drawing down from source a violet light.

A velvety violet.

And it pours down onto the top of our head into our crown center.

We're asking our I am presence to open,

Activate and rebalance our crown center.

And this is our chakra that connects us to beyond the self.

All that is.

The oneness.

And we're also asking our I am presence to rebalance our cathartic template body.

And when we tend to feel depressed,

It's because this center is closed off.

So opening the crown is imperative to receiving the cosmic universal life force energy that connects us to source.

And just allow your I am presence to rebalance this.

Opening it.

Widening it.

Strengthening it.

Strengthening that channel to source.

And we're asking for every chakra,

Every energy center to be harmonizing with one another.

Take a nice deep breath here.

All the way into your belly.

And notice how you feel.

And now we draw down diamond fire energy from source right into our soul star chakra.

About a foot and a half to two feet above our head.

And it is the soul star.

So it activates the soul energy as we ask our I am presence to open,

Activate,

And rebalance our soul star energy chakra.

And link it to source.

As well as linking our crown chakra to source,

The great central sun.

And now all nine of our major chakras are cleansed,

Rebalancing,

Opening,

Activating as we come into greater alignment with the creator.

And asking now our I am presence to clear anything out of our energy field that does not belong to us.

Any other people's energies.

We ask for any attachments,

Cords,

Siphons to be cleared out of our energy field.

Any negative influences that may be sucking your life force energy.

We ask that our I am presence clear those now from our energy field.

And we call in Archangel Michael.

Calling in Archangel Michael.

And we ask Archangel Michael to cut any negative or toxic cords in our energy field.

Across all directions of time and space.

And to clear out any lower energies,

Entities,

Dark lords.

Or anything in our energy field like knives,

Daggers,

Swords,

Nails.

Remove those from our energy field now.

Spears.

So that we can experience our energy field with just our energy in it.

Thank you Archangel Michael.

And now bring your awareness into your heart center right in the middle of your chest.

And now bring your awareness into your heart center right in the middle of your chest.

This vibrant emerald green and rose pink light emanating.

And we're moving now into the portal within our sacred heart.

Within our sacred heart.

Just imagine that there is a window in your heart.

And we're sliding the window open.

And as we slide the window.

We allow our heart to open fully.

In this very safe and protected space of high frequency light.

It is safe for you to open your heart and allow it to shine.

Letting it open fully.

Breathe into it.

And now the window is open all the way.

And we're going through that window.

And there you will see a beautiful rose.

Just notice the color of the rose.

Just notice the color of the rose.

This is your sacred heart.

And standing right beside the rose is the Divine Mother.

The protector of your sacred heart.

Moving further into the rose,

To the very center of the rose is a deeper portal in.

We're going through that center now.

Into our sacred heart.

Into our sacred heart.

And their light within this portal is so brilliant.

So immense.

So bright.

The eternal flame of your soul.

This is the truth of who you are.

You are this eternal flame.

That never dies.

You are the spark of the Divine itself.

This eternal flame that is your soul.

Never dies because it only changes form.

Moving into a body lifetime after lifetime.

Learning its lessons.

Having its different experiences.

To know itself from every angle.

Connect with this brilliant light at a deeper level.

And allow it now.

And we ask our I AM Presence to assist this.

Expand.

Allow this light in your sacred heart,

Your soul energy,

To expand now.

Releasing anything you're holding onto.

Releasing resistance.

Breathing into the light.

Let it grow.

Feel it expanding out the front of your body.

The back of your body.

The sides.

Above you and below you.

Like a radiating sun.

That is immensely powerful.

This is the truth of who you are.

You are this powerful,

Vibrant light.

In this body,

In this lifetime.

This essence of the Divine is you.

Feel how magnificent and amazing you are.

All of the different experiences your soul has had through thousands of years are inherent within this light.

Take a moment now to appreciate this.

Appreciate your soul.

For all it's been through.

All it's done,

Seen,

Heard,

Felt.

All the love that your soul has given.

All the work that your soul has done.

Appreciate the beauty and the effort.

The beauty and the effort.

And bathe in this energy.

Allow it to heal you.

We're asking our soul energy to amplify even more now with the assistance of our I AM Presence.

Amplify it even more so that now this light fills the room.

And now the light expands beyond the room.

And it fills your house,

Your apartment.

And now allow the light of your soul to expand,

To fill.

This world.

The earth.

There is no limit here.

Just allow it to happen as it expands into the universe.

And now the galaxy and the cosmos.

And feel the deep reverence and appreciation that you have for this light that is you.

You are a magnificent,

Eternal being.

You are deeply loved.

And you are sacred.

Nothing that you have ever done is seen as wrong or bad in the eyes of God.

Your entire path is to walk yourself back to love.

To become more and more the light of your soul.

Pure love energy.

Accept this now.

Accept it now.

And let this light heal you.

Releasing whatever is ready to go now.

Any self-judgment,

Self-criticism,

Shame,

Blame,

Guilt.

Let the light transmute it with its high frequency as we merge with God.

Sitting and breathing and experiencing our divinity.

And the Divine Mother is smiling upon you.

And feel yourself as a radiant sun.

Shining.

And as you shine your beautiful light,

You lift others up to do the same.

You heal just by shining your light.

You give people permission to shine their light.

Take a nice deep breath right into your belly.

And now I want you to think of someone in your life who may be suffering.

Just visualize them.

And send them this light to their heart.

If it is their free will and choice to receive it.

And for their highest good.

Just radiate and shine your light into their heart so that they may also be lifted up and perhaps there is more than one person that you wish to do this with.

And you can also do this with someone who has passed on.

And now I really don't want to come out of this,

But we're going to have to at some point.

Just take one more moment here and feel the appreciation and love that you have for your soul.

For your soul's light.

That is you.

And we thank our I AM Presence,

Our Higher Self and our team of Celestial Beings.

We thank Archangel Michael and the Guardians of Light and Saint Germain.

We thank our soul for its beautiful and magnificent radiance.

And we'll seal our energy field now with three golden rings like giant hula hoops coming down from above us from source.

And they come around our entire energy field and down into the earth to seal and protect our energy field.

See them coming down.

Two,

Three.

And when you are ready,

You can open your eyes.
