This meditation is extremely relaxing. A body scan and breathing meditation to unblock and shift stuck energy to help you relax into the flow of life and stay in the present moment where all the magic happens!

Welcome and thanks for being here.

When we relax and flow,

Life has wonderful surprises in store for us.

Often it's the case that the surprises we receive are what are truly for our highest self to help us grow and learn.

By surrendering to the flow of life and being in the present moment,

We receive miracles.

When we try to control outcomes,

We put ourselves into a resistant mode and we constrict ourselves and the energy gets blocked in our bodies and it doesn't flow with ease.

We naturally breathe in and out and if we hold our breath,

We can constrict the river of life and it just can't flow through us.

So we must let the energy flow through us,

Surrendering to the flow of life.

So find a comfortable position and remember comfort is key.

So you might like to lie down or maybe sitting on your favourite chair.

Closing down your eyes and let's take a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in through the nose and exhaling and letting it all go.

And another long,

Slow,

Deep breath in.

And relax.

And just relax your shoulders and let your body become soft.

And just one more time.

This time a longer,

Slow,

Deep breath in.

Let it all out.

And just returning to your natural breathing in and out through your nose in your own pace.

And let's welcome all outside noises in and if you feel at any time you'd like to open your eyes and then shut them down again,

You can do so.

Focusing on the top of your head,

Relaxing your scalp,

Relaxing your forehead and relax around the back of your head,

Your temples and your ears.

And relaxing your eyes and your throat area.

And relaxing those shoulders.

Relax your arms,

Your hands.

And breathe in and out now through your heart area.

And just feel or visualise your heart centre expanding as you breathe in and out.

Just feel that relaxing energy.

Notice how it feels for you.

Moving your awareness now onto your ribs and the back of your ribs.

And just relaxing now into your stomach area.

You may feel warm or cool.

Just feel the sensations in your body.

And just putting your awareness and your attention on any part of your body as well that just might need a little bit more loving attention and relaxing.

So just relax into it.

Just now focus on your pelvis area.

Moving that relaxing awareness down through your thighs,

Your legs,

Down to your feet.

Just feel how your body feels,

The sensations.

Just feel how relaxed you are.

We keep breathing in and out.

Now taking your awareness off your breathing and we're just going to stay in the stillness of relaxing into the flow.

And I'm going to keep track of the time.

With your eyes closed,

Take a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in and release.

And in your own time,

You can start to move your feet,

Hands,

Your body.

And when you're ready,

You can open your eyes.

Relaxing into the flow of being in this present moment.
