Let's go ahead and begin by taking some deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth and again in through the nose and out through the mouth and one more time together in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Breathing in this way throughout the entire meditation,

Sitting comfortably wherever you are with feet ideally flat on the floor,

Palms facing towards the sky and if you'd like you can place the tip of your tongue on the roof of your mouth for a deeper experience today.

And so again just breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth throughout this meditation.

We'll begin very gently and easily with a body relaxation.

We'll do this by saying out loud three times for each body part to relax.

As I say these commands you can repeat them to your own body.

We'll start with the feet and move upwards towards your head.

Feet relax,

Feet relax,

Feet relax,

Legs relax,

Legs relax,

Legs relax,

Hips relax,

Hips relax,

Hips relax.

Back relax,

Back relax,

Back relax.

Stomach relax.

Stomach relax.

Stomach relax.

Chest relax.

Chest relax.

Chest relax.

And just repeating these commands to your own body.

Heart relax.

Heart relax.

Heart relax.

Arms and hands relax.

Arms and hands relax.

Arms and hands relax.

Shoulders relax.

Shoulders relax.

Shoulders relax.

Shoulders relax.

Neck and throat relax.

Neck and throat relax.

Neck and throat relax.

Face relax.

Face relax.

Face relax.

Mind relax.

Mind relax.

Mind relax.

Mind relax.

Entire body relax.

Entire body relax.

Entire body relax.

And continuing to breathe in through your nose.

And out through your mouth.

And out through your mouth.

And out through your mouth.

Go ahead now and imagine that you're the most relaxed you've ever been.

As you do this,

A warm,

Bright light starts shining down through the top of your head.

It shines down through your body all the way down to your feet,

Out your feet,

And into the air.

And as you sit in this warm,

Bright,

White light,

It dissolves any thoughts,

Any stress,

Any worry,

Anxiety,

Any places of tension in your body,

Any fears that you might be having at this time.

Just let this warm,

Bright,

White light dissolve it all for you now so that you can breathe,

So that you can treat it.

And as you do this,

You're going to feel a little bit of relief so that you can truly relax.

And so we'll spend a few moments here together just focusing and working with this warm,

Bright,

White light shining down upon you and dissolving what you no longer need.

Here we go.

I'm just seeing that warm,

Bright,

White light shining through.

And as that warm,

Bright,

The vast selection of those thoughts reaches you as you bring yourself,

We are,

We are Now shifting your focus to the word win and integrating it into your experience today.

Win like air.

And spending a few moments here with this word.

And now when you see these shoes that are too big as of now for your feet.

Instead of panicking.

Instead of worrying and feeling like you're not enough.

You choose to reframe it.

And to have hope.

And to have the perspective that you're growing into something new.

Into an unknown territory.

Into a bigger and better version of yourself.

Seeing this in front of you brings hope to your heart.

And you bask in the peace.

You bask in the peace of all you've accomplished.

And in this moment,

Here now.

How good it feels to know there's so much more.

And also to know how far you've come.

You don't ever allow yourself to get stuck.

Just keep moving slowly and surely.

Enjoying these series of moments that add up over time to create the most beautiful you.

Honoring your process.

Taking those deep breaths.

And feeling yourself returning home to your center.

To your core.

And to your connection to the light.

Once you're centered and tapped into the light.

Tapped into source.

It's so much easier to create the life that you want.

You'll notice where things flow and where they don't.

Where you hit resistance within yourself.

The steps that are laid out in front of you as to what's next.

All of this adds up as you're connected more and more to the light.

Asking in this awareness.

Knowing you're cared for and supported at all times.

And though you may not be exactly where you want to be quite yet.

You are here now.

And it is perfect for you.

Fully relishing it.

Trusting it.

And letting as much light.

As much awareness pour down into you.

As much as possible.

And now when you move forward.

It won't just be a routine.

It won't just be things that you have to do.

Instead,

You can choose to see them.

As part of your awareness.

As part of what brings you to those bigger shoots.

The pieces.

The steps.

That lead to a brighter you.

Enjoying it.

Knowing that life is here for you.

And letting life in.

And letting yourself feel good.

And feeling alive.

And now slowly but surely.

Go ahead and returning to that breath.

Breathing several times in through your nose.

And out through your mouth.

In through your nose.

And out through your mouth.

In through your nose.

And out through your mouth.

And then very gracefully.

And with ease.

You thank yourself for being here today.

For taking a moment to step back.

And gain some higher perspective.

And now very gently and easily.

You can wake up your body.

Moving your arms and your legs.

Opening your eyes.

And just coming back to normal.

Everyday awareness.
