Hello and welcome to this guided visualization practice.
I would like you to first find a comfortable position where you can close your eyes and just listen to my voice and be guided on this amazing journey.
You are in a submarine underwater,
An open-glass submarine so you can see everything around you.
At the moment your submarine is static and it's not moving and you are at the surface of the water and you can see above you the ocean waves slowly moving.
It's a really calm day and the Sun is beaming down and you're looking forward to your glorious adventure.
You take a moment just to see the surface view and watch the waves slowly move,
Watch the white clouds pass by,
Watch the Sun beam down on the ocean surface making small sparkles of light on the surface of the ocean.
Just sit here breathing naturally taking in the wonderful view.
You take one deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth and press the button to submerge the submarine in front of you.
The submarine slowly begins to descend below the surface of the ocean and you begin your underwater journey.
The first thing you notice is that it's a very light blue water.
The light of the Sun is piercing through the surface of the ocean creating light beams that you are floating through in your open submarine.
You can see everything incredibly clear and you press the button which propels the submarine forward rather than going any further below because you just want to see what's on the surface of the water.
As you begin to move in your submarine you see all sorts of aquatic creatures.
You see a hammerhead shark swim straight by and you think to yourself how unique and how beautiful this creature truly is.
There is no creature on this planet quite like a hammerhead shark and you just watch it swim around being curious with your submarine as it goes around and around.
You have been gifted this spectacular display and you sit in awe for a moment just taking in what's to offer.
As your submarine continues on its journey you see all sorts of creatures.
You go through a swarm of jellyfish and they're all different in colours.
You see pink jellyfish,
Blue jellyfish,
Green jellyfish,
Different shapes,
Different sizes and they're just floating naturally with the ocean.
They don't have fins or anything that propels them in one direction.
They allow the natural rhythm of the planet to take them to where they need to go.
And you think to yourself about how relaxing life can be when we let go and allow ourselves to just move with the waves of eternity.
As you continue you see a pod of dolphins and they are so playful and so excited to see the submarine.
They're jumping out of the water.
They're trying to splash the submarine from above the surface although they're not being very successful at it.
You can hear them making their noises,
Communicating with one another.
What an intelligent species this truly is.
They're almost human-like in their behaviour and it makes you realise that we are all part of the same planet.
We all come from the same place and we share this wonderful world together.
You sit here just admiring the pod of dolphins,
Enjoying life.
Your admiration for these creatures and their playfulness gives you a desire for adventure.
So you press the descend button and allow the submarine to go deeper into the ocean depths.
As you continue descending you notice that the light from the surface is not quite so visible and the ocean is becoming darker and darker.
So you decide to turn on the lights for the submarine so you can see what's around you.
You come across a shark.
This shark is huge and it doesn't seem to have any teeth.
As you look a bit closer you notice that this is a basking shark.
These wonderful creatures feed off plankton just below the surface of the water and you just admire the fact that they're able to filter in such small particles and allow it to nourish them,
Allow it to make them live their life in a fulfilling way.
It makes you think about how everything in the ocean has a purpose and each piece of life supports one another.
And you just think to yourself about the supportive people that you have in your life and how it's important that we support one another through the trials and tribulations of life.
You continue descending deeper and deeper into the lower depths of the ocean and you can tell that no light is reaching this part of the ocean because you are incredibly deep.
And you begin to notice some lights in the distance,
Different color lights,
Reds,
Greens,
Blues and yellows.
And you realize that these are fish that have lights attached to them.
They've evolved so they're able to see in these deep,
Deep depths of the ocean.
And you just think about the incredible diversity of life on this planet and how they are able to survive in extreme conditions.
This is the power that every form of life has to adapt,
To overcome,
To become something great despite adversity.
You just sit here in awe of the beautiful light show in front of you,
Different colors flashing,
An amazing display just for you.
You take one final deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth and you say thank you for the display.
You press the ascend button,
Make your way to the surface and finally the submarine surfaces and you can see the beautiful light again.
The Sun is beaming down on the ocean,
Glistening.
The waves are slowly moving just as they were before and you are back to reality.
But it has helped you open your eyes to the reality of life.
There are different environments all over the planet in the universe where life is absolutely flourishing.
Life is not as it seems and when we explore we realize that this universe is absolutely filled with diversity and this gives you hope going forward,
Makes you realize your potential,
Your ability to overcome,
Adapt and create the life of your dreams.
Take this inspiration into the rest of your day,

The rest of the week,
The rest of the month and use this meditation as much as you need in order to inspire yourself and remind yourself about how beautiful life truly is.
