I want you to imagine them happy in your presence,

Giggling.
And allow that feeling to overcome your whole body.

Safe and relaxed.
You can use this visualization technique in everyday life to allow you to alleviate anxiety and stress.
Just by visualizing someone you love,
It will give you a sense of empowerment,
A sense of security.
Think of those people right now and allow it to fill you with strength and resilience.
Maybe you have a job interview.
Maybe you have a presentation.
Maybe you're just naturally anxious in social situations.
Apply this visualization technique.
It will immediately alleviate the anxiety that you are experiencing.
Not completely,
But it will help a lot.
