I am at peace in this moment.
This is the mantra that we are going to be focusing on throughout this meditation.
Please find a comfortable position in which you can be seated or lying down,
Whatever your preference.
I am at peace in the present moment.
I would like you to repeat this phrase for one minute.
You can repeat out loud or in your mind,
Or you can simply listen to my voice,
Whatever works for you.
I am at peace in the present moment.
I am at peace in the present moment.

I am at peace in the present moment.
I am at peace in the present moment.
I am at peace in the present moment.
I am at peace in the present moment.
Well done.
Now you have repeated this mantra,
Hopefully you are feeling a little more grounded.
I'd like you to continue closing your eyes and begin to visualize yourself walking through a garden.
This garden is filled with wonderful flowers and stretches into the distance further than the eyes can see.
There are wonderful aromas in the air.
The sun is shining as a totally blue sky,
Not one cloud in the sky.
There is a really gentle breeze that you can feel against your legs because you are wearing shorts and it's a beautiful day in the summer.
There is a heavenly feeling about this garden.
It's almost as if this garden is in heaven.
The aromas are so strong,
The colors are so vibrant,
The feeling that you have in this moment is beyond comparison to any other feeling that you have ever experienced before.
You feel totally joyful and elated in this moment.
You move closer to a bright red flower and smell its fragrance and as soon as you do it sends a tingling sensation down your spine.
The aroma is like nothing you've ever smelt before,
So wonderfully fragrant and you can't pinpoint the smell.
It's almost as if this smell has never been smelt before.
You are in total ecstasy in this moment.
You know that this moment is made for you.
Say to yourself out loud one more time,
I am at peace in the present moment.
You continue to walk through the garden and notice a flock of birds flying overhead.
This is an ordinary flock of birds.
These are doves,
The symbol of peace.
They're almost looking at you as they fly by.
Their heads are turned and they're gazing at you and as you connect with their souls you get a sense of total relaxation,
Completely filling your body.
You feel totally relaxed.
Every single muscle just goes to ease and you begin focusing on your breath as you take a seat in the garden.
In front of you you are just watching the flowers slowly sway with the breeze.
You are taking in the aroma as you breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Sit here for a couple of minutes just really taking in every moment.
You take one last look at the garden and its totality all the way over to the horizon where you cannot see any further.
You smile,
Say thank you and return to the present moment where you open your eyes and just wriggle your fingers and move your head around and do what you need to do to feel connected to the present moment again.
You take this feeling into the rest of your day.
There's no need to let everyday problems get to you today.
Every time you are presented with a difficulty if that happens you just take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth just as you did in the garden and you just take one step at a time without it dysregulating your emotions.
Today is all about stability,
Finding peace and being grounded and remember to say I am at peace in the present moment whenever you feel like you need to.
