I want you to focus on this mantra.
It's going to be okay.
The reason I want you to focus on this phrase is because it's true.
Whatever problem you have at this moment in time,
It's going to be okay.
I know sometimes when we get caught up in the thick of things,
It's hard to see a way out,
A solution.
But you have got to where you are today because you are a problem solver.
You haven't given up in the face of adversity yet,
And you're not going to now.
So I want you to be easy on yourself today.
Scale things up to the bigger picture,
The granditure of the universe.
When you start to think big in that way,
You realise that perhaps your problems aren't as bad as what you are making them out to be.
So what I want you to do is just spend a couple of minutes just breathing,
Focusing on your breath,
And coming back to the mantra that it's going to be okay.
And whilst doing so,
I'm going to tell you some powerful phrases that hopefully will help you feel grounded and at ease.
And if you're feeling restless,
Hopefully I'll allow you to feel more relaxed in your immediate environment.
Remember,
It's going to be okay.
Breathe easy.
Gently smile.
Feel love in your heart.
You can overcome this.
You can overcome this.
You are strong.
So I want you to continue this easy breathing after this meditation.
Stay grounded in that peace and realise that it really is going to be okay.
