In this meditation we're going to be using powerful I AM affirmations in order for us to have a successful day.
Not only are we going to be saying the I AM affirmations,
We're also going to be visualizing them and trying to embody them so we can take that into the rest of the day.
The first affirmation we're going to use is going to be a simple one.
I am confident.
What does that really mean,
Confidence?
Well for me it means being able to be yourself no matter the judgment,
No matter what other people think about you.
It's about you traversing through the day in a way that's exactly how you want to be.
I want you to imagine that you're standing at the top of a mountain looking over at an amazing view.
You have climbed to the top of this mountain.
You can see the clouds moving all around you below the mountain peak.
You are literally above the clouds and in the horizon you see a beautiful sunset.
An orange glow is allowing you to feel like you have truly been successful in your endeavors so far in life.
It's filling you with self-belief.
It's filling you the feeling of gratitude and it's allowing you to stand tall with pride overlooking this incredible view.
Feel that confidence flowing through you.
Feel powerful and capable because that's exactly what you are.
I'll give you 30 seconds or so to visualize this.
The next affirmation we're going to be using is I am beautiful.
You are beautiful because you are a part of this magnificent universe.
Look around you.
Look at the magnificence.
There is so much beauty on this planet.
The diverse colors,
Life,
There's so much to be excited about and you are a part of this beautiful creation.
You are beauty incarnated and sometimes we don't feel good enough.
We don't feel beautiful.
So what I want you to do right now is imagine that you are looking at yourself in the mirror.
You may even want to look at yourself in the mirror during this visualization and just appreciate how beautiful of a person you are.
Look at your unique traits.
Don't look down on them.
I know sometimes people have parts of themselves which they dislike.
Try and love every part of yourself because every part of yourself is beautiful.
I am beautiful.
I'll give you 30 seconds or so to visualize.
In our monotonous lives we often have the life drain from us.
When things become repetitive and our life becomes mundane and boring we lose that motivation and energy and that joy.
So this affirmation is just going to simply be I am joyful.
I want you to visualize yourself being happy.
Whatever happiness means to you,
Whether you're on a beach or whether you're at a swim class or with your favorite people.
I just want you to imagine yourself smiling,
Joyful,
Happy.
Reminding ourselves of joy often brings joy into the present moment.
So I'll give you 30 seconds or so again to visualize this.
Affirmations are powerful because they allow us to embody that statement in the present moment.
When an affirmation is repeated enough it sinks into our subconscious mind and begins to reprogram the story we tell ourselves every single day.
What we believe about ourselves and once we start talking to ourselves well that's when success happens.
So together we're going to repeat these affirmations for one minute in the hope that maybe these statements will sink into your unconscious mind for the rest of the day and help you to behave in a way where you are feeling successful.
You can say these out loud or in your mind.
Either way they'll be just as powerful.
I am confident.
I am beautiful.
I am joyful.
