Let's begin by just taking a deep breath in through our nose and out through our mouth.

This time take a deep breath in and hold at the top for one,

Exhale through the mouth.

This is great.
You're taking control of the present moment because the present moment is all that matters,
Not our thoughts of the future or the past,
What we have to do today or what we've done this week.
None of that really matters in this moment.
This moment is just a chance for you to show up for yourself,
A chance for you to breathe and release.
