In this meditation,
I'm going to be taking you on a guided journey to allow for a new lease of life.
Often life can drag us down and sometimes we just need small blessings in our life in order for us to completely change the way that we look at the world,
We interact with our life,
That we feel about ourselves and everyone around us.
I'm hoping that this guided meditation will help you to give you that new lease of life.
You are walking along a rocky path.
There is a gentle breeze against your face and all you want to do right now is just breathe in the fresh air around you.
You can feel the cold fresh air as you breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
In through your nose and out through your mouth.
In through your nose and out through your mouth.
Every breath you take,
The more relaxed you feel.
You feel content whilst walking on this path and you feel like perhaps you are on a journey to somewhere that may benefit you.
As you are walking along the path above you,
You can see the night sky.
There are trees around you,
It's spring time so there are lots of different colours on display that you can still just about make out in the night.
There is a river going alongside the path and as you look at the river it relaxes you because you can see it flowing naturally.
That's exactly how you're going to feel in this meditation.
General light flow going through your body and just making you feel at ease.
You continue walking along the path and at the end of the path you see an opening.
It is a grass opening and there are five stone rocks stood up vertically,
Almost like they've been placed there.
You are inquisitive and you decide to walk over to the rocks and see what it is.
As you go to the first rock you notice just in front of it is a symbol,
A heart symbol.
Around it there are different symbols.
The heart one is the only one that you can really make sense of.
It's familiar to you.
You know that each symbol must have a meaning similar to the one that you know.
As you look up all of a sudden this beam of light projects down from the stars directly into the middle of the stone circle.
And above you,
You notice five beings slowly descending into your eyesight.
The beings are coming down with the light and at the moment you can just make them out as shadows in the light.
As they slowly descend you start to feel this presence of pure love.
You know these beings are peaceful even though you haven't even spoken to them yet,
You just sense it.
As they are getting closer to the ground you can make out that they actually have wings and they are like a typical image of an angel.
There are two men and three women.
You can make that out now.
Each very unique and glowing in their own way.
Although they're all glowing white it's almost as if they're glowing differently.
They all land and they all make eye contact with you and smile.
They're presented in a circle around you and you realise that you are now their centre of attention.
They lay their arms out in front of them,
Palms facing up,
Reaching out with a welcoming gesture.
All of a sudden one of the angels begins to speak.
I bless you with wealth and prosperity.
The next angel speaks.
I bless you with joy and abundance.
I bless you with love and support.
I bless you with power and opportunities.
I bless you with peace and health.
All of a sudden their hands begin to glow and this white energy begins to expand around the circle,
Completely engulfing you and the angels.
All of a sudden you have this intense feeling of pure joy.
It's like immediate healing.
And all of these things that they've just spoken out loud,
You are feeling right now.
You are feeling wealthy and prosperous,
Joyous and abundant,
Loving and supportive,
Powerful and opportunistic,
Peaceful and healthy,
All at once.
And you realise that these angels are here to give you that lease of life that you have been searching for.
A chance for a new beginning.
A realisation that you can break free from the monotony and life can be magical again.
You look around you and the angels are all smiling.
We wish you the best for the rest of your journey.

All of a sudden the angels begin to float up towards the sky.
And all of a sudden they become silhouetted as they were before.
Just dark figures in this stream of white light and eventually they fade away.
The light beam goes back up to the heavens and you are standing in the middle of the circle again.
Back to reality.
Feeling fresher and better than ever before.
You say thank you.
You turn around and begin to walk back on the rocky path,
Destined for home.
I'm now going to give you five minutes to bask in this new feeling,
This new lease of life.
Enjoy every moment and take this feeling forward into the rest of your days.
