Take a moment, Close your eyes if you can, Drop your shoulders, And place one hand gently on your heart. And take a deep breath in, Let it fill your lungs, Your chest and your belly, Hold it for a second, And slowly exhale. Again, Breathe in belief, Hold it, And breathe out doubt, Or more breathe in possibility, Hold it, And breathe out fear. Let your mind settle here. There will be days when your confidence wavers, Moments when the voice in your head tells you that you're not ready, Or you're not good enough, Or you're not quite there yet, But let me remind you of something. You are not here by accident, You were born with value, You were built with strength. You carry power that no one else has, Because no one else is you. Every setback you've survived, And that's proof of your resilience. Every doubt you've overcome, That's evidence of your courage. And every dream that's still burning inside of you, That's a signal that you are not done yet. Now say with me, Or in your mind like you mean it, The following affirmations. I believe in myself. I trust my journey. I am capable, Confident, And clear. I am ready to rise. Fantastic. You don't need anyone else to validate your worth, You don't need to wait for a sign, You are the sign. The fact that you woke up today means you're still in the game, You're still growing, You're still becoming the person you're meant to be. So let the world doubt you if it wants to, Let fear try to whisper in your ear, Because now you have a louder voice, The voice of belief, The voice that says, I am powerful beyond measure. I rise after I fall. I believe in myself even when it's hard. I am worthy. You are not too late, You're not behind, You're exactly where you need to be, And you're becoming more every single day. So stand tall, Speak proudly, And never forget that you were never meant to be small, You were meant to shine, To lead, To believe, And to become. So take one last deep breath in through your nose, Hold it, And exhale with power. I believe in who I am. I believe in who I'm becoming. I am powerful, I am capable, I am worthy.
