There is nothing stopping you from becoming the person that you dream to be.
The only thing stopping you is you,
That niggly voice of self-doubt that often plays quite often throughout the day.
It's that voice that holds us back from becoming the person that we want to be.
From following the life path that we want,
From going traveling,
From getting a certain career,
From being a certain type of person,
From living a certain way.
It's about preconceived views,
Limiting beliefs.
But if we can overcome that self-doubt,
Then what becomes possible is anything.
Infinite potential.
And with that in mind,
We're going to be working at reprogramming that self-doubt today using powerful affirmations.
So together,
Let's work on programming our minds so they work in our favor.
Please close your eyes and listen to my voice and just repeat after me.

Here's the thing.
These phrases are the truth.
This is the truth of who you are,
Whether you believe it or not.

You begin to adopt that belief system through enough repetition.

Let's keep pushing through those mental barriers.
Make this a daily thing.
And then watch our life unfold into a magnificent work of art.

We don't realise how much that self-doubt really plays a factor in our behaviour and the way we go about interacting with our life and what we believe about life.
You have unlimited potential.
I truly believe that.
If you are a human being,
Then I know you have it inside you to create the life of your dreams.
Choose to believe that story over anything else.
And you might say,
Well,
No,
I don't tell myself that,
But I still am not creating the life I want.
If you're not creating the life you want,
Then there's something within you that's telling you that you're not able to get that and you've settled and you've let go of your dreams and your ambitions,
Whether you realise it or not.
It's time we realign ourselves with our dreams and believe they are possible.
Don't settle for less than what you want.
If you don't know what you want,
Then it's time to do some self-reflection.
Maybe you've become too comfortable.
And that's absolutely fine.
Let's just say right now,
Let's make a commitment to only settling for our dream life.
Let's work towards that together.

Keystone habits are really powerful because they become unconscious.
It's like if you begin to make your bed regularly every single morning and you make it the perfect way possible so it looks pristine and you do that repetitively,
Then when you wake up each day it will become instinctive and you won't have to even think about it.
It will just become a natural part of your day.
And that's how affirmations work.
You begin to speak to yourself in this way in the present moment by saying,

I am that.
Then you begin to adopt that natural way of thinking and believing about yourself.
So try and make that a keystone habit,
A daily routine,
And you will see unbelievable things happen in your life.
It only takes five to ten minutes each day.
