Hello and welcome to this guided meditation session.
In this session we are going to be imagining a white light.
This white light is here today to strengthen you,
To help you feel better within yourself,
To ground you,
And to make you more self-aware and present.
This light is nothing but good.
It can only do good for you and make you feel good,
And it can make you feel as good as you want it to.
However open and receptive you are to this light,
That will determine how it will make you feel.
So first of all I want you to close your eyes.
Imagine the room,
Or if you're outdoors,
Imagine the area that you're in,
And imagine that this area or this room now is completely full of this light.
The light is surrounding you everywhere.
Healing white light surrounding your presence,
Permeating into your very being.
All around you is just goodness in this moment.
I want you to sense what that feels like for a moment,
To be blanketed in a warm feeling of light and goodness.
And in this goodness comes an awareness,
Awareness of your body.
You can feel the light as it circulates through your vessels,
Your veins,
Your muscles,
Mind,
Organs.
This light is cleansing you here and now.
May give you a slight tingling sensation,
May make your hairs raise up a little bit,
And that lovely feeling that you get down your spine,
And you're feeling truly relaxed.
Just feel the light.
This light is here for you.
Be open to its benefits.
Give yourself this.
You deserve it.
You feel loved,
You feel secure,
You feel safe and whole in this moment.
And as you ease into this time,
For you,
You just feel better and better.
Relax.
Enjoy the moment.
You are never truly alone.
The light is always here to guide you,
To find comfort in,
In your darkest times,
To remind you of who you are and why you came here to this planet.
You have purpose.
You have a reason.
And when we reconnect to this light that's around us all the time,
Then we remember that purpose.
I want you to gently open your eyes,
Just become aware of your surroundings again.
This light is always with you.
