I'm going to take you on a guided meditation to a golden ocean.
And as soon as you visually bathe in this golden ocean,
I'm hoping that it will open up an area of your mind that activates your dreams,
Your ambitions,
Your passions.
You are walking through a coastal area where there are houses and you can hear the seagulls making their noise.
You can feel a gentle breeze on your face.
There is something calming in the air.
There's a freshness to it.
Yet the sun is also warming and there's this beautiful mixture of temperatures happening all around you at the moment.
You breathe in this fresh air through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
You do it again in through your nose and out through your mouth.
As you are walking through the village,
There are people all around you,
Happy,
Having a good time.
Children laughing,
Running around by the harbour side,
Making memories.
Families sitting on benches eating fish and chips.
People just enjoying the coastline.
And this joy is filling you with joy,
Knowing that you are a part of this incredible community.
As you walk through the village,
You can see the ocean just ahead of you with the beautiful golden beach,
Its blue skies.
There are some white clouds drifting slowly.
And you're still breathing in this incredible freshness that's making you feel rejuvenated,
Light and really awake and grounded in this moment.
As you walk closer to the ocean,
You notice the colour begins to change.
It goes from blue to yellow.
And as you walk closer,
It becomes golden.
And you wonder why the ocean is gold.
And you realise that as you step onto the beach,
It's like you're stepping out of the human realm into a spiritual realm.
And as you walk onto the beach,
You look back and you notice that everyone in the human realm isn't paying attention to you or the ocean or the beach.
It's like you're the only one that can see it.
And in this moment you realise that you are the only one that is meant to see this ocean.
There is no ocean in their eyes.
There was no harbour.
It was simply a village.
But this spiritual ocean was calling you.
And it's your time to go and bask in this ocean.
The ocean's almost magnetic.
It's like you're being drawn to it.
And you know deep down that you must go and take a swim in this ocean.
It's completely bright gold,
Brighter than the sand itself.
And you've never seen anything like it before.
And from the ocean,
There's this harmonious humming sound.
And you feel like it's a frequency that's going to heal you when you step into this golden water.
And not to your surprise as you put your foot into the water first of all,
You immediately feel relaxation overcome you.
You put your second foot in and I want you to just appreciate this moment and this feeling of calmness that's now overcoming your body.
And that's the only thing that you can focus on,
This pure peacefulness.
Now you want to immerse your whole body in this golden ocean.
It's cold but not too cold.
Warmer than the usual ocean in the human realm.
It's almost like stepping into a slightly gold bath.
And as you immerse your whole body underneath this golden water,
A feeling like you have never felt before just overwhelms you.
And you feel light and like all of your worldly problems,
Stresses,
Issues have just permeated out of your body into the golden ocean and evaporated there.
And all that's left is the purest version of you,
A golden you.
You lie here in this feeling for some time now.

As you look around you,
You know that it's time for you to step out of the ocean and walk back into the human realm.
You come out and immediately all the water,
The golden water just drips off of you and you're completely dry again.
You feel the sand beneath your feet,
It's warm and welcoming and you're now being drawn back towards the human world.
You say thank you for this experience and then you head out off the beach back into the village where you hear laughter and you're welcomed by all the villagers.
And now I want you to focus on your breathing again to make you more aware of your surroundings and what's going on around you.
Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Do that a few times now.

And like your issues that you have in life don't have so much hold over you and maybe now you can look forward with a brighter perspective.
