Feel comfortable in whatever position you're in.
I'm not going to ask you to sit in a particular way or lie in a particular way.
I'm just gonna ask you to get yourself comfortable.
Feel at ease in your environment.
I'm not going to ask you to breathe in a certain way.
I just want you to breathe naturally and comfortably.
This meditation is all about just being natural.
Not being too mindful of what you're doing or how you're doing it.
Just being in the present moment and experiencing this beautiful meditation.
Please close your eyes.
You're walking through a golden meadow.
It's not actually gold.
But the meadow around you is so bright in colours of different yellows.
That it's making it look like it's glowing a gold radiance.
You know that this meadow is spiritually connected to you in some way.
You're not sure how or why but you feel this deep connection with it.
You want to walk through it to feel that connection.
You're wearing shorts so your shins and your legs are on show.
As you walk through the meadow the high yellow grass is brushing against your shins.
It kind of tickles.
It's kind of comforting.
Like when someone gently touches your back or gently touches you in a light manner.
It's almost like a light massage for your legs.
I want you to really focus on that feeling.
As you're walking through the meadow just feel this light brushing against your legs.
You can feel this energy radiating from the grass into the lower part of your body.
It's a healing energy.
You might begin to feel a tingling sensation in your legs right now.
This is just a healing energy.
That's letting your legs feel loose and free and nimble.
The more time you spend walking through this golden meadow the more you realise that this energy is spreading up through your legs into the rest of your body.
Healing other parts.
Going into your chest,
Into your lower back,
Into your upper back.
Into your shoulders,
Into your neck.
I want you to gently open your eyes and realise that you're actually just in your room.
Or wherever you are you're brought back to reality.
I want you to take that healing energy with you for the rest of the day.
Allow that energy to make you feel relaxed,
At ease.
The spiritual realm is simply in our minds.
It's another level of consciousness and you just tapped into that.
So you've just brought something into your reality and that is that healing energy.
So allow it to positively affect you for the rest of your day.
Continue being at ease.
