Welcome to this morning meditation,

A practice designed to fill your heart with joy,

Peace and bliss as you begin your day.

Today we're going to set the tone for a day filled with happiness,

Ease and positive energy.

This is your time to cultivate a sense of joy that will carry you through whatever comes your way,

Helping you feel grounded in happiness and radiant throughout your day.

Find a comfortable position either sitting or lying down.

Close your eyes gently and allow yourself to be present.

This moment is for you,

Free of distractions,

Obligations or worries.

Let's begin.

Start by taking a few deep breaths.

Inhale slowly through your nose,

Filling your lungs with fresh vibrant air.

Hold that breath for a moment,

Feeling its energy fill you,

Then exhale slowly and fully,

Releasing any tension or stress from your body.

Again take a deep inhale,

Hold for a moment and then exhale,

Letting go of anything that doesn't serve you.

And once again,

With each breath you're becoming more relaxed,

More centered and more open to the blissful energy of this new day.

Now bring your attention to your heart center,

The area in the middle of your chest.

Imagine a warm glowing light residing there.

This light represents pure joy,

Unconditional love and happiness.

With each breath,

Feel this light growing warmer,

Expanding and radiating outwards.

Allow it to spread throughout your entire body,

Filling you from head to toe with warmth and bliss.

You might even imagine this light in a color that feels joyful to you.

Maybe it's a golden sunshine,

A bright pink or a soft calming blue.

As this light fills you,

Feel how it brings a sense of calm,

Peace and joy to every part of your being.

Let it energize you,

Let it awaken your senses to the beauty of this moment,

The beauty of being alive.

Take a moment to bask in this feeling of lightness and happiness.

Feel the smile forming naturally on your face,

Your body is relaxed,

Your heart is open and in this moment,

Everything feels right.

Now imagine yourself stepping into your day ahead.

You are still filled with this warm glowing light and as you move through the day,

You radiate this joyful energy.

See yourself smiling as you go about your morning routine,

Feeling light,

Happy and full of gratitude.

Picture every person you encounter today being uplifted by your energy.

You're like a beacon of joy,

Spreading positivity wherever you go.

People smile back at you,

Situations unfold smoothly and even small moments like a bird singing or the warmth of the sun on your skin bring you immense joy.

Everything you do today feels effortless and filled with a sense of fun.

Whether it's work,

Personal tasks or time with others,

You approach it all with a spirit of joy and playfulness.

You are fully open to receiving the beauty and blessings this day holds.

You trust that today is going to be wonderful,

Not because of external events,

But because you've chosen to fill it with happiness from within.

Now take a moment to repeat the following affirmations out loud or silently,

Letting their meaning sink deeply into your heart.

I am filled with joy and happiness today.

I radiate positivity and bliss wherever I go.

Today is a gift and I choose to embrace it with gratitude and joy.

I am open to the beauty and love that surrounds me.

I carry peace and bliss in my heart.

Feel the truth of these affirmations deep within you.

They are not just words,

They are a reflection of your inner state.

Now slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Feel the surface beneath you,

The air around you and the steady rhythm of your breath.

Take one more deep breath in and as you exhale,

Smile,

Knowing that you are carrying this blissful energy with you into your day.

When you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes,

Feeling refreshed,

Joyful and fully present.

You are ready to step into your day with complete and utter joy,

Knowing that happiness is already within you.
