Peace.
That's what we're going to initiate today.
Peace within our lives.
Anxiety is going to fade away.
We're not even going to think about trying to stop anxiety.
This meditation is about doing nothing at all.
The only thing I want you to focus on is my voice.
If you feel like you're not doing it properly,
Then you're wrong.
You are doing it properly,
Just by listening to my voice.
If you have thoughts that pass over into your mind,
That's okay.
What causes anxiety is the act of trying to stop it.
The act of trying to stop things,
Forcing things from not being.
And the reality is,
If you can just allow yourself to experience those things,
Then they will fade away naturally.
The act of trying to stop it from happening will extend the process.
By just being and just experiencing,
You can find true freedom.
This will bring peace.
True peace.
You are at peace right now.
In my presence,
You are safe,
Secure.
You're just okay.
All of your worldly problems are beginning to fade away.
Nothing matters right now.
Absolutely nothing.
Just focusing is all we're doing.
Focusing on now.
And it's not even about trying to focus.
It's just about being here now.
Peace is entering your life in this present moment.
Do you feel that?
You may feel a sensation in your feet,
In your toes.
Moving up your legs,
Into your hips and belly.
Going up into your shoulders,
Your neck,
Into your face and all over your head.
It's a feeling of peace that you're experiencing.
The base level of who we truly are is simply peace.
That's why when we just allow ourselves to be,
Without thoughts,
Without having to do anything,
We experience peace.
When we add things to us,
When we overthink,
When we try and buy things to extend ourselves,
That's not what's going to bring peace into our lives.
Peace is at the base level of human condition.
So when we meditate,
When we practice being in the present moment,
We can realign ourselves with that peace.
It's who we truly are.
We can always come back to that feeling.
Always.
That feeling that you have right now of utter serenity is always within you and you can always return to this place.
Now when I count down from five to one to zero,
You're going to start feeling more and more relaxed.
And eventually when I get to zero,
You are going to be the most relaxed you have felt in a long time.
You're going to feel so good.
You're going to feel elated.
You're going to feel like there's something that's been missing for such a long time.
And you've just found it again.
You're going to be in utter peace.
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One,
Zero.
Do you feel that?
Just breathe.
Breathe in that goodness.
All that weight has been lifted from your shoulders just because you've given yourself time.
We need this time in our lives in order to realign ourselves with that peace.
Be at peace.
